  1. Hello It's obvious that two continents with 7 hours of average time zone difference, need separate downtimes. Your central european player base is seriously damaged, your eastern europe payers are in extinction danger. It's time to react, you can't do what none company does in Europe. Are you conscious that you are the ONLY MMO with European servers which has got its european downtimes at daytime. Even the FREE to play ones have their downtimes for Europe in GMT times, even those which has not server physically in Europe. No extra inversion is needed only a bit of organization in patch and maintenance work. If you want to beat the competence, I'm sorry but this is not the way to do it, at least in Europe. Your game is not better than competence and your service is very worst, so it's time to work together. Thanks
  2. I feel like a customer who ever flies in tourist class while others fly in first class... but... DAMM IT! I pay the same! Solution = NOT FLY with BW/EA NEVERMORE Byes guys! It was pretty while it last but you will not get any euro more from me. And I'm talking not only from my money in SWTOR, I'll never buy a new Bioware game. YOUR FACTION WITH ME IS = HATED
  3. Keep thinking that way and soon this game will be played only by you and your friends. Do you really think that so expensive videogame can survive with the US base player, a base player that is decreasing drastically in the first month. Let me laugh
  4. To be realist! BW/EA lacks of any empathy to their EU customers, we're only the calaboose of a train that is plunging inevitably into the precipice. It sadly remember me what they did with Warhammer online.
  5. I've been playing WOW for 8 years, and I've never seen a post about what you're talking about. And the game updates has been ever before for US than EU version. I've NEVER seen anyone complaining about that in EU WoW forums. Do you really think that we'll be complaining about that when we've got 7 downtimes in senseless EU daytimes.
  6. What is it? Some Kind of Joke? I thought that BW/EA can't do the things going to worst, but I don't know how it's possible but they surprise me again and again. Far for give us a solution, on even a friendly answer to our justified pleas, they put an "emergency maintenance" form 3PM-7PM GMT. These guys make me feel even a fortunate people, cause there are zones in EU with GMT+2 and +3. You gave me 30 days of free subscription, those 30 days have become 27. I play at afternoon often, from 4PM to 9PM/10PM. And I've could be playing 3 afternoons due senseless "off peak" downtimes. Is that your "High Quality" service... You're reading your announcements really... they sounds laughable. Yes I'am one of those fortunate guys who has a job, YES I'VE ONE, but... What do I must? Get another work for afternoon?
  7. Yes you're allright. 3 post reincarnations about EU manteinance times, around 3000 post and 100.000 visits... And we're still waiting for an ANSWER. Yes they listen what they want.
  8. I played Wow since his European launch. And it had 1 month of US times downtimes. From the second month on it has had got its EU downtimes at 3AM. It's simple different continents = different Timezones = different Downtimes It's a question of common sense, but Einstein said that the common sense is the lesser common of the senses. Every MMO with European servers does his maintenance in Eu night times, everyone except this "piece of art".
  9. Perhaps SOE has got a smaller player base in their games, but at least they care about them. I'm unsubscribing at January 21, these guys are not going to use my money to do the US players experience more "confortable". I'm not going to buy any BW game more, there are a lot of videogame companies aout there. The same with any EA game.
  10. Lord Covenant Dictionary New Entries: Mythic: Expert company in ruining his own MMO Launchs (Hidden Agenda= They really are in Blizzards payroll to make his competitors fail again and again) EA: Company that likes to release unfinished MMOs, trying to recover the high amounts of money invested in development. It likes to spend huges for nothing. Both have got an infamous EU customer service in the past, so I'm not surprised with this issue. Bioware: Newbies, they're trying to launch a game worldwide, without a worldwide service. Note: The world doesn't turn around Austin. We know that you live and work there, but you must understand than not all the players are living in Austin and surroundings... The world is much bigger, the world doesn't begin in Baltimore and finishes in California. And it's not a question of downtimes, it's a question of service... and yours one it's disastrous, at least in Europe.
  11. Totally Agree! I played EQ too, and a lot of MMO stuff and you're allright.
