Up. I tried all. All Windows 8 compatibility, repair, reinstall the game, all and the same result. The launcher does not close and the game does not start. Any idea?

My launcher finishes all updates. My problem is when i click PLAY. The play button goes grey (less colored) but the launcher does not close (does not disappear) and the game does not start. After that. if I click again, anywhere else, the PLAY button becomes bright again and can be again clicked, with the same non results. Any ideas? I am using Windows 11. Strange enough, I have this problem only on the laptop. I tried to use it in Windows 8 compatibility mode, the result is the same.

I second that. It's almost impossible to play, especially in multiplayer mode, any multiplayer mode.

Oh, that statement I have seen! As reasons to remove the leaderboards it has 1 mention of combat styles, on the first paragraph. All the motives and all the other justifications, however, are related to ranked community behavior and how removing the leaderboards leads to "creating a positive environment". The solution is obvious. Make PVP solo only. Are you with a group of friends on discord? Trust me, it's even more fun when you are on opposing teams. What happens if there are like only 2 premades of 3 players in the que? It pops for none. Forget all the "purpose of a multiplayer game", "the soul of grouping experience" BS... if you want more pops, make PVP solo ONLY.

Mainly because he is correct, However, being correct in the regards he specifies and using it to justify requesting the tool to forbid other players to end matches, regardless how they play, is a logical bridge that I consider to thinly stretched. When you have the kick tool, you can at least weigh in if not outright decide who finishes the match and who doesn't. Wanting to have that tool, in itself, disqualifies you as very self-important person to have that tool. And, in other order of arguments, I blow smoke just as any other non yellow account here. Unlike you, I have seen it. I had guildies that had this practice. After killing 2/4 or 3/4 of the adverse team, or before losing the match, they kicked the 4th player who did not guard, or did not focus, or whatever he did that they did not like. It even happened to other guildies. So, no, kick is and will always be a system that can be abused. There should be incentives for people not to AFK. And that can not be the threat of a kick.

I am pretty sure that people that que Arena for whatever reasons, while trying to do well, but not managing because of: - lack of experience in game or with the class they play at that moment - lack of skill - lack of computer hardware and/or connection - lack of social skill - another opinion on the strategy applicable than that of the other players will be victims of a 3/4 arena vote-kick, especially when paired with 3ppl premades. And that will result in people being frustrated for not being able to finish matches because of their mates and will be another factor of population shrinkage. I have to totally agree with Trixxie, the ONLY thing that will not make population shrink in time will be addressing issues, not finding modalities to penalize one behavior or another.

It might make all que to pop much more seldomly. In an already shrinking population. See it as a server merge. It is troublesome, but necessary.
