Hi, i started levelling a sniper and switched off engineering for reasons that i don't quite like the rotation of it i would like to know which set bonus/tactical should i go for if i mainly plan to play PVP (unranked/ranked) and any tips on stats would be nice. I've seen people say go for 1.3gcd (3000~ ish alacrity) or go for the normal 1.4gcd and more crit. Need help with those things, thanks in advance.
