  1. IF BW fixed the resolve system so that it isn't totally **** useless and included snares into the immunity when the resolve bar is full there wouldn't be a problem. But for some reason they don't seem to see it as an issue and obv nerfing Sin hybrid speccs was higher on the priority list of theirs. And perhaps consider fixing the 31 points talents in both the Lightning Tree and Madness so the actually scaled properly, and weren't useless.
  2. Is this a PvP or PvE specc ? Using Lightning Strike is a DPS loss when you specc into Madness in does less DPS and DPCT than Force Lightning and even shock. If you are only using LS just because you have Force issues with 13/28 specc and had trouble managing Wrath proccs, then trust me it really isn't worth it. Lightning Effusion builds do less DPS than 13/28 Specc ( around 2%-5%)but it's a tradeoff for unlimited Force in which case a full Madness Specc is only .5% behind a 13/28 Specc, and full Madness also has no Force issues what so ever, as well as having higher mobility through fights. Also conduction isn't a straight 3% DPS increase. Talents don't work like that, I'm afraid. You have to take into consideration that it's only 30% chance of proccing due to Forked Lightning. And again like I mentioned I also consider the fact that if you are using LS then that in itself will affect the DPS gained from Conduction, because of how useless LS is for Madness hybrid Speccs. Just don't get you say you hated having all that Alacrity, because you didn't know what to spend your Wrath Proccs on, except from you own personal Specc does the EXACT same thing except use Wrath proccs on LS. So my question is what makes this specc so special with having all the Alacrity, when you are pretty much doing the exact same thing with both your specc's besides using Wrath proccs on a different ability, and doing less DPS than 0/13/28 and 3/7/31 builds?

    Harassing Healers

You really don't need to be amazing to put pressure on a healer as a ANN warrior with a 6 sec CD on your interrupt. Force Choke + Berserk can easily put tons of pressure on you. Same goes for a Rage spcc'd warrior, you know once he hits 4 stacks, he is going to smash, and that's where all his pressure is coming from, so it's easily avoided with a knokback. But seriously learn to fake cast and you will become a better player.
  4. A good ANN warrior is destructive in 1v1, and if he has all CDs available you won't win, if he knows what hes doing. very likely - He'll have the 20% damage reduction buff up throughout the whole fight. Vanish, where he takes no damage at all. Saber Ward, where chances are you just won't hit him. Undying Rage, LOL. And after all that he can generate 30 stacks of fury instantly, or just give you a 90% Accuracy reduction. If he doesn't have them all available, just watch his stacks of fury. If it's high be ready to pop Resil, because if you don't your health will drop very very quickly. Just try your very best to kite and remember he will jump every 12 secs, so be ready to stun, and break range quickly. Remember you have Low Slash, when he does leap, which is a low resolve cost, and slow him constantly. If you are Infiltration Specc'd, you could try stun locking, but as soon as he gets out expect a CD. One last thing, all of his DoTs are applied via melee attacks, if he misses, parried or dodged, he can't apply his dots so make sure if you do have to trade with him you pop deflection, you give your survival chances a big boost.
  5. Half the stuff you mentioned really isn't that special. All we reaaly provide is - Bubble Life grip Knock back CC Almost every other class, can do everything else. Ann Warriors have a better slow which lasts longer as well as shadows/sins if they specc it. Ann warriors also have a better interrupt, which if specc'd, lock you out for 4 secs and on a 6 sec CD. Channeled slow damaging spell. Long duration DoT's stopping any kind of capture unless they dispel. And the above 2 aren't what come to mind when somebody asks me about what tools I have lol. 2 sec root 9 sec CD (provided full spec Balance.) Who even specc's fulll balance nowadays unless you PvE. At this point in time I wouldn't be surprised if we get hit with a nerf, similar to shadows and Sins, to kill hybrid Specc's.
  6. 0/13/28 is still the best DPS specc. You can argue that the DoTs can be purged off, but you can say the same to a Annihilation Specc'd warrior, does that mean warriors shouldn't speec ANN ? It gives far more mobility with main DPS coming from DoTs, and in terms of pressure there are very few class's who can put out the amount of pressure a 0/13/28 Specc's sage can. 0/19/22 provides the best survivability of any specc aswell as control from what I have played. -Pinning resolve for a 10 sec reduction on your main stun -Everybody knows how good Containment really is. -FW and KC provide you with more tools to deal with Stealth Class's, Especially if they waste their trinket breaking the snare, because they are just asking to be CC'd untill you are ready to set up on them. -BLOCKOUT is just soo good, 15 sec CD reduction n our main CC is massive, and 6 lockout on interrupts is immense. No Tracer Missile/Grav Round,Deliverance; forcing a healing sage to heal with Benevolence which is just so inefficient makes killing them easier esp in a long fight. Any Balance Hybrid Specc, that also get Concentration is void imo, same goes for Speccs that go for Tidal Force just to get Telekinetic Momentum. Using Damage done as a way to rate your Specc, is just so pointless and rather idiotic because any good player can reach that 500k mark, with any Balance Hybrid Specc. SO there really is no point mentioning how much you Damage you.
  7. 1. Willpower until 1600 (critical bonus decreases) 2. Accuracy until +10% in total 3. Surge around 230 rating (80%, at 250 rating the value of surge rapidly decreases) 4. Power 5. Crit
  8. I thought everybody and their mums already knew about this ?
  9. There is no right answer to your question, because without Combat logs. However, a rough priority can be inferred, subject to DR concerns (ie. if you have a lot of crit rating, it's benefit moves down the priority accordingly, while the value of Surge goes up significantly) Initial personal Theorycrafting - Accuracy (until +10%) > Str > Power > Surge Rating > Accuracy > Critical Rating Boss's have around 8-10% Defence, hence why the extra 10%. Power is the only stat not on DR. and provides more damage per point than Str.
  10. Still works brah. They only disabled medals from medpacks I believe, but don't quote me on that. I've been using this since the patch, and I know after watch their stream that some other Ann specc'd warrior also uses it. Can't remember the name though, I think it was synster, but not sure.
  11. http://www.torhead.com/item/gW66Dxg/pure-shockfrozen-water#comments Also Rakata Med pack (+15% Extra HP) + Payback = Easy 2.5k heal in full champ gear.
  12. Can't speak for PvE gear, but Sorcs have the same issue in PvP gear. Almost all the pieces have Alacrity on it, which is pretty low on the priority of stats to go for, and hardly any pieces have any power. Also don't discredit Accuracy, you will want 110% Acc, that should be the first thing you aim for. In terms of gearing.
  13. Water can heal for around 8k and get you both the healing medals.
  14. At lower gear lvls Str > Power. AT higher gear lvls Power > Str. One you get to around 25%- 30% Crit, Power > Str.
  15. With the rakata med pack, and the extra 15% hp you get, with a lot of luck you can get the 5k heal with a Payback crit. But getting the 2.5k heal medal isn't hard tbh. Problem is though, specc'd a ANN and going into rage to get Payback you give up alot of survivability, so it really depends; 10% heal on a 2 min CD for a free Medal or Facerolling Rage specc'd mara's and then getting a hate message saying how bad you are when their Crit Smash does S*** all.
