Ok finally my turn to put something in here anyways I qued for a fp on my lvl 24 shadow tank and got mandalorion raiders so we have 2 shadow dps who are 29 and a sorc healer who is 32, anyways one of the shadows ends up pulling about every second group and randomly taunting, I tell him to stop but he doesn't listen so then the healer says she wont heal any one but the tank if they pull so I am glad about that so he doesn't pull any more until we get to the first boss, then as I am typing in the strat both the shadows stand next to eachother then one of them moves forward a step and of corse the other shadow wont stand for that so she goes a step ahead of him, of course they end up pulling and then the shadow who I was having issues with taunts the boss and it looks like he is actually doing the right thing so I go in there and taunt the boss off him, well it turns out he was just running away so of course that pull is horrible with the dogs running around every where and me trying my hardest and even though he randomly taunts the boss (not the mechanic because I saw the taunt debuff and he was glowing) but eventually we kill them and then a piece of guardian gear drops and both the shadows need on it so then I check there achievements and one is a noob nut the one who was randomly taunting had 4 55's. so now I thought he was just tro0lling but anyways we make our way to the next boss basically the same as before with him pulling and knocking them back, and on one occasion when he was at 30% since the healer would not heal him he taunted a gold from me so I let him tank it and he died but he never said anything and didn't react to it anyways once again while I am typing the strat they play there game and pull, healer lets one die and then I get control of the rest and we slowly kill the remaining bosses, so after rezing the dps that died at the start we continued, as before with the one shadow being stupid and once we get to the last boss surprise the one shadow that has been bad the whole way through runs to the boss and uses his knock back so I take my time typing the strat and they actually listen and we kill him easily, then after finishing the fp I exit and notice the shadow is not leaving the fp so I go afk for about 10 minutes, when I get back I look him up so I can ignore him, and what do you know, he is still sitting in the flashpoint so I realise he is a baddie and not trolling lol

Wow you guys thanks for all the advice and for scaring away that troll. Right I have decided to go for the I7 but now I can't decide between the y410p and the y510p, the y410p is has the same specs as the y510p but it is 14' so I can't decide because the added mobility would be helpful and the screen size wouldn't be a huge downside since I would be gaming on an external monitor, but it's still iffy since the last time I saw a 14 alienware it looked small and awkward (but it was a while ago so it might have been the 11' lol). Just googled the a10-7850k and in this review it shows that tomb raider at medium settings and 1080p was barely at 30 fps, so for some reason I doubt it can max any current game.

If it is a laptop can you give us a link and if it is a desktop the show us a pc part picker build becuase I doubt a computer for 400$ could max all current games

I was looking around and realised that the y410p would be good to since it has the same I7 and 755m instead of a 750m and since its a 14' it is more mobile and since I will be using a 23' monitor it doesn't hurt and it is 100 less so it is a option I am also considering. So now I guess its time to think about lol, also thanks for all the help malastare, especially when the amd guy came in lol

Yeah I was looking at building a desktop since I already have a 23' monitor and peripherals but I also need a laptop for school next year and because my parents would help me get a laptop I have decided to go that way. Also when actually playing swtor it would be with a monitor and the laptop on a cooling stand.

I am looking at getting a new laptop since when I do ops I get like 5 fps so I can only do ops on my gunslinger and sit there and hope I hit the right ability's anyways, I have decided on getting the Lenovo y510p but I cant decide on getting one with a dual core I5 with dual 755m's or a quad core I7 with a single 750m so I am wondering which one is better for running swtor at 1080p. Currently I am leaning to the I7 because I have heard that 16m Ops put a lot of stress on your cpu and also I enjoy doing a bit of video editing in AE so the Quad core I7 would be better, also the I7 has a 24 gb ssd and a Tb Hd the I5 has a 8 gb ssd and a 500gb hd. Lastly the computers themselves The I7 The I5

I just hit 50 on my pt tank and I got my tio set with recruit in the place of the stuff I didn't get and I have been able to do foundry and battle of ilum hm and each time had a sorc healer with the same tier of gear as me and we did wipe a few times due to mechanics (enraged a few times since we had a full group of fresh 50s but once we got a Mara in bh we destroyed it) so yes you shouldn't have to many problems especially if you have a healer in at least a few prices of columi.

I was looking at the 2.0 patch notes and it said bh gear drops from ev sm and hazmat from hm and nim and ideas on why?

Hey guys now that my pt tank is almost to 50 I was wondering if grapple still builds threat on bosses when it doesn't pull them because if been doing some fps to get ready for tanking at 50 and noticed that if I didn't have guard on some of the dps then they would pull the boss or mob of me unless I tounted and that if grapple still made high threat it would help

I now they said this in the article but if you really want to play then buy a copie of windows and find a guide on boot camp witch comes with all Macs. That's what I did on my 07 MacBook Pro and even though its old I can still play on medium.
