There is only an opening rotation, after that it is all about popping procs and a priority list of abilities as they come off cool downs. I am assuming you're applying this to boss fights. First you should open with CD and get the tick going. Then affliction, followed by thundering blast. Get that cool down going right away. Pop shock, then LS x3 or until you get chain/ce proc. Hit those right away. Go back to a quick shock or LS if your TB is not up yet. After that its all about priority...Keep affliction up, TB, chain and FL off proc from LS. Shock on cool downs.

The lightning DPS build is corret.

The thing(s) that make the most sense to buy if you don't want to lose set bonuses (weapons) bought with Basic comms require faction. That was my point.

There are hundreds of threads covering caps and what not. There is a new issue on the horizon for all those waiting on their expansion to kick in... You need to have hero standing with Makeb in order to spend basic coms on gear. Just like the Gree event, it ill take 2 weeks to get that based on rep caps with the faction. So with all the com caps coupled with that, it won't be until next week...

They said it would be down 6 hours (things like this usually need longer or emergency patches) but if its true it will be up at 1:00 EST time. Not sure on your time zone.
