Did it this morning as a Jugg. When the AOE circles hit I actually got right underneath him in the center where the circles don't reach. Of course getting in position fast enough is a pain, but that's why we have Quinn.

Phenom x6 1100T 16 GB's of Ripjaw Ram Asus ROG GTX 580 Plat..... and I run like total crap in pvp and fleet areas, even recently been getting the hardlock issues that has a nice big thread in the customer support section. (Have to use the Bandicam fix just to run the game right now, wasn't like this before the 1/6 patch) Using Bandicam I'm forcing it to maintain 60 or lower fps. Before the hardlock issues tho I was able to hit 100+ for everything except the fleet and pvp.

Concealment Ops need a nerf. When bolstered in a warzone my then lvl 36 guard (spec'd fully tank and had level appropriate gear) would be destroyed in 3-4 seconds by an op that was a lvl or 2 below me. My skill to break stuns was on cd so all I could do was watch. I was crit for about 7k in one blow. By the time the stun was up I was down to about 20% health, and when I could start swinging they of course stealthed and ran away, most often coming back before I can recover to finish the job. For those that say l2p, any other class I can hold my own against in pvp. Also this is not the first MMO that I have played as a tank either. Fact is the class needs a nerf in some way for pvp. Maybe adjust how much their primary and secondary attributes get bolstered would seem the easiest way without breaking anything for pve.

The 6870 requires 1 slot to plugin on the board but it has the width of 2 cards so you would need to knock out the backplate cover next to where the card will be installed for it to fit.

You will need to open up the case im afraid unless you got the purchase order handy. PSU only supplies power to the components. Luckily as soon as you take the cover off the information is right there.

Both cards at x16 takes advantage of all the available (bus? been awhile since I looked into sli/cf) bandwidth. You can run with one in x16 and x8 as most of the mid range motherboards come with that configuration.

Shut down any background processes not needed to run windows or TOR. Also make sure no one is torrenting as that will definitely slow you down. I have been hearing a lot about shadows in this game really suck a lot of performance out, so I would recommend turning them off together. If this doesn't help I can go a little further.
