As a powertech I can destroy a sniper or marauder on a DPS meter, so.. not sure if serious..

There are so many things wrong with this post, I'm not sure where to start. First of all, your assertion that "quest hubs, grinding, and gear progression are what make an MMO, and MMO in the firstplace among other items," is way off base, because there have been many MMOs without these mechanics that were quite successful. Asheron's Call STILL has servers (12 years later), and is not designed around raids, which quite honestly ruined the whole genre IMO. GW2 has plenty of quests, they're just not retarded ones that ask you to kill 35 rats and collect 10 rat tails.

If you're not playing a DPS Pyrotech in melee range, you're messing with your own PvE experience. This change does pretty little to change how these classes play.

Yes, but.. on the plus side, in ADDITION to the emotes, you can have NEW armor... that looks the same... but it's a different color... /sad.

You're right, it's not. However, it is the predominant language spoken by the company of Bioware, who interestingly enough, makes this game. And therefore, it's in English. If people don't know English, or don't want to play games in which characters speak English... then.. DON'T PLAY. Seems like a pretty simple concept.

Just run flashpoints as DPS, then buy tank gear. Not that hard.

The funniest part I found about the Bounty Hunter gear... So I finally get the campaign chest. So there's obviously no way in hell I'm actually going to wear that ugly piece of ****, but I equipped it just for fun. So I do my little self-heal dealie. You'd expect the jet pack flames to, I dunno.. COME OUT OF THE GIANT JETPACK ON THE BACK. Instead, I get rocket boots. Suffice to say it's sat in my cargo hold since about 10 minutes after I got it.

You paid 1.5 mil for a Supreme Inquis. Robe? ***? ****, I should start farming Quesh more if it's going for that much.

Problem is set bonuses. Am I going to, as a DPS, give up 8% damage on my railshots to look good? No. Even campaign armor does not solve this, as half the campaign for my set has the damn tanking armoring.
