Why are we adding more content and still completely ignoring that Ilum and Warzones are still an undesirable experience for most. Im sorry, let me rephrase, iTS HORRIBLE. I spend most of my time doing Ilum dailies doing a hard reset on my computer because of the lag. Its cool, just ignore it. I already cancelled sub anyway.

I should upgrade. Im running just over the Min specs. I run Rift fine though. If I was upgrading it would be for just swtor and I dont think I want to spend anymore money on this game than I have too. Like another poster said, all I do is PvP so its really not worth upgrading. I guess the question then would have to be to cancel sub or just suck it up and hope they fix it. After some of your posts though Im doubtful of the latter. Well crap, another MMO let down, was excited about ffxiv and we see how that turned out. Now this. Im glad at least come of you can play though. I just can't afford a 1500+ dollar computer to do it. Im a State employee after all.

Im not sure if its the game or my comp but warzones and Ilum blow up my machine. Im averaging about 7-10 fps in warzones and MAYBE 3-4 in Ilum when the **** hits the fan. Most of the time in Ilum if it gets too busy my computer will crash to the point I have to hard reset. I really like the game but Im a PvPer. I could care less about PvE. In fact Im still on taris with my class quest and Im a level 50. Ill put it this way, I was a Champion within an hour of being level 50. SO if I cant play warzones and cant go to Ilum, what am I doing? The question is do I just cancel my sub and move on (what Im leaning toward), wait and see if they can patch it somehow (Not one dev comment on any thread addressing this issue, apparently Im not the only one), or get a new comp? I really cant afford something as powerful as I think I need to run this. There are plenty of people with great machines experiencing the same problems. I would hate to spend that much money and still have problems. Can this be fixed? Some of you guys may know. I've read alot about a Hero engine? idk what that is or if it can be changed. So if I only plan on PvPing am I wasting my time playing this game? Should I move on? Or do you guys think they will be able to fix it? I dont have alot of faith in their patches after seeing the affects of the last ones. Please give me some advice, especially from those of you who know how all of these technical things work and whether this problem can be fixed or not. Thanks alot guys. I really wish Bio would respond about the FPS issue in WZs and Ilum. It would give me some sort of hope for this game for the future.

I unsubscribed last night and went back to FFXI. The main reason? Look at the number of post on this topic. Look at the number of post on Warzone lag/fps issues. Now how many dev post are there addressing the issues or reassuring us? Fact of the matter is, is that if they were that concerned over our inability to play, headaches, etc... they would have at least posted saying, "we are working on a solution". You want them to listen, unsubscribe, I did. Im not saying Ill never come back. What I am saying is that Im not going to pay you to ignore me. Dont say I dont know what Im talking about. I had 4 tickets in on in-game bugs that were open for nearly a week then closed with no response. You guys can keep paying someone to give you a headache. Personally, I think that is about retarded.

Installing updates for ffxi. Back to old school again. I unsubscribed not necessarily because of the bars, which are horrible and non-functioning. But because the lack of response to over 100 pages of complaints and no more than a copy and paste response, because of over 77 pages of problems with warzones and not a post to respond, because of tickets that were open for over 4 days and then closed with no response. Keep ignoring us, i wont be the last. Not everyone will move on but ill be damned if im going to pay someone to flat out ignore me. Had there been a single post that wasnt a copy-paste id be crafting in swtor right now with an active subscription, as it stands im out. I realize its a new game but the horrendous customer service is unacceptable. Peope are literally suffering because of you game and you are too insensitive to so much even acknowledge this. Im out.

I play a shieldtech, my two primary abilities are proc'd except I dont know whether they have proc'd or not because I have to either A. wait until this retarded animation is over or B. Spam. is it possible for you to patch something without screwing things up more? This may not be a big deal for some people but I personally dont like to spam buttons nor do I like to increase my ability delay by another 1 or 2 seconds just to see whether or not an ability proc'd. 1 or 2 seconds is big in PvP. We have been begging you to fix the warzones so they are playable. There is a 77 page thread on just that issue. Instead you make a horrible attempt at fixing the hotbars... I give up, do whatever you want to do. Ill keep reading the patch notes and when this game is playable and you pay attention to the things that are important, Ill come back. Back to Wow until then, later.

Maybe they were just bad but i steamrolled an assassin and marauder 1 v 2 in hutball today. No help from anyone and we all started with full health. Granted i popped my cds and pots... but nonetheless. I was #2 damage with 212k at the end so we cam pump it out too.

Ive suscribed to this thread and i will keep bumping it until a yellow post acknowledges us. The customer service is horrible, you know i had a ticket in for two weeks before they closed it with no response. You guys are treading thin water. For those of us who solely pvp this issue is huge. It may not be a priority for you guys but i for one will be cancelling my suscription and going back to wow if this isnt addressed by the end of the month until you do address it. Im not saying i wont come back, im not saying i will either. I am saying if i cant play this game then i will move on. Your going to end up just another mmo. The sad part is that you had potential but chose to ignore the ones paying your bills. Its going to be ashame to see this mmo fail. I had high hopes for it. A word of advice though, if you dont have these problems fixed by the time gw2 is released your player base is going to take a huge hit. Youve got to establish that foundation at the start or people will simply move on. Good luck guys.

Actually, I havent whined one bit about the PvE. I dont have one problem with PvE at all. I think its great for people who want to PvE. Im not going to try and screw up PvE just because I PvP. We dont do that.
