Some times it is out of your control if you are unable to get in game for a matter of time, and im sure if things was planned the GM would of made proper arrangments for the guild. But for someone to automatically take the GM spot, just because they happen to be in at the right time is not good..Because in this case it has ended up in the wrong hands. If someone sets up a guild from scratch they should always keep that spot, unless they hand it over and but proper people in place if they are unable to get in game for a certain amount of time.

This is the only game i have played that when people go offline for a certain amount of time for whatever reason,then they loose the GM position. I was promoted to GM because people didn't login for awhile, a postion i didn't want. I gladly gave it back when they returned to play, but not all people are like me. I am not going to name and shame these people, BUT some people get promoted to GM by accident go power crazy, start demoting and kicking people, then refuse to hand the guild back over to the right person when they return. NOW THAT SUCKS! That should be changed full stop.

I don't know what the answer is..Master looter would not work..Not in pugs anyway..And i can't see the tradeable thing working either..As people ain't gonna trade on something they needed on no matter what the reason is. Badly design it seems that people have to need on stuff for mods and companion stuff.

Things really need to change on how you loot..I am pretty much fed up with trying to gear up and people just needing on stuff when they can't even wear or use the item, and when you ask why did you "need" they say for my companion! To me that is just unfair. Bw do something and change it plz.
