The only thing I hear about the Focus tree is that it's a 'PVP" tree. Maybe the reason why it's ignored by the large majority of Sentinels is that they are focused on leveling up rather than PVP. You should preface your article by saying "This is about PVP", or even better, explain how Focus is better than other trees in a PVE role.

YES PLEASE! This is amazingly annoying.

1-10 seemed very weak compared to my other class, Imperial Agent. Hopefully it picks up. Played a Trooper through 15 too though, and it wasn't near as good as Imp Agent either. The IA storyline has a lot of moral complexity. You can be a servant of the Empire without being a sick headed sadist Sith. I think they had better folks working on Imperial story line.

Where can you buy gear at Tier 1?

I achieved Tier 1 Light Side Alignment on my Commando. Does that mean anything? Are there npc's I can now interact with, quests I can run, items I can make/buy/find? Where can I find these npc's? Is there anything associated with gaining Tiers in Alignment? Thanks for your help.

I leveled a Sniper up to 18 or so and was constantly running slicing missions. It seemed like I was making pretty good money. Now I am working on a Commando, but want to try three complimentary skills and not include slicing as a sole way to make money. So I have two questions: 1. With slicing being so popular for the easy credits, by NOT taking slicing am I going to be too poor later on to afford stuff on the inflated GTN? 2. Are mats & finished items selling at all on the GTN, in order to make cash to make up for what I would have made slicing? (I'm considering Bio/Bio/Diplo)
