  1. I agree, this issue needs a fix as soon as possible. Windows generally should not force other windows to close - they should either pop over or give a little note and wait their turn under the "pending"-button.
  2. I really hate those Jump'n'Run episodes with the datacrons. Mostly because it focuses on the player's skill rather than the supposed skill of the character you are playing. Roleplaying used to mean that you could play almost anthing you set your mind to, because the system behind the game provided the means to emulate skills that you, as a player, don't posess. I could play a bard without being able to hit a tone in real life or pose as a juggler while normally I would all fingers and thumps. Nowadays I feel much more limited in what I can successfully represent in modern computer roleplaying games.
  3. I think they mainly need the Credit Card info to validate user accounts. Besides, it has been this way all the time, starting way back with Ultima Online and Everquest. Every single subscription based MMO was asking for this kind of info before letting you play, even if you had bonus time on hand. No big deal, as several other already pointed out: You can enter the info, then cancel the subcription right away if you want to and contine playing until your free month is up. If at any point you feel like continuing, just renew the subcription.
  4. Just likewise to the already existing heterosexual companians I do hope for a good mix of the species we can most relate to (humans and cyborgs) and a handful of more exotic choices. I would like to know if Bioware is going for an approach similar to Dragon Age 2, where NPCs can change their sexual orientation in regards to the player they are interacting with. That would open some (or all) of the already romanceable companions for same gender pairings.
  5. Seeing how much fun the companions are and how much the flirt options during cut scenes can help to spice things up (both with companions and other NPCs), I am really looking forward to having the same gender flirt dialogues and romance arcs in the game. More options is always better in a roleplaying-game. I would like an update on how the progress is on these things, too. A patch date might be something they can't offer us at this time, but some more info would be welcome. Like, for example if there has been reached a decision if new companions will be introduced for same gender pairings or if some of the established companions will turn bi- or playersexual (similar to what we have experiencend in Dragon Age 2).
