  1. Pierce you'll get as part of the story -- he's one of the people all Empire characters get a chance to recruit once they've set up their base. Not sure about the other one but various classes do have people who are not currently retrievable. Not sure if it's intentional or not.
  2. Yeah some classes have some companions missing. The theory I've heard is that if they're not in the list, they're soon to appear in the story. But who knows.
  3. Yeah, confirmed fixed. I just had Lord Scourge help me clear out a Star Fortress
  4. The terminal is non-canon. It means that if you summon your companions now, before they appear in the story, they'll be there for the purposes of running around with you but the story will act like they're not there. So you might have weird scenarios like a cutscene talking about how Kira is missing and can't be found, while your companion Kira is right next to you. However, when those companions actually show up in the story, you'll still be able to do the story stuff for them like everyone else, and possibly recruit them in a canon sense. You won't miss content. Just like how you could summon Niko Okarr with the token and still do his recruitment quest later. Hope this helps.
  5. It's in the Alliance base, in the small room just north of the area where you turn in smuggler crates. It's the same room with the commander's datapad.
  6. I saw it posted in a few threads, and it was reposted on Dulfy.net, so that's something.
  7. Thank you so much! I am happy to wait for the patch, it's just such a relief to know it's coming. Much love Bioware <3
  8. They said we would have our original companions outside of Fallen Empire story content. Like I understand that while fighting my way through the upcoming Chapter 10, I'll need to use a story NPC like T7 or Lana instead of Scourge or Kira. Fine, no problem. But for running around doing random heroics, or Yavin dailies, or whatever else, they said multiple times we'd still be able to summon our original people. That's the whole reason the companion locator terminal exists. Why else would it be there? It just doesn't work right now.
  9. Yeah. They promised us that we'd be able to summon our original companions from a terminal even if they weren't yet part of the story chapters. Unfortunately, the terminal (in the Alliance Camp Headquarters, in the small room just north of the smuggler's area) doesn't work. Since they're currently staying silent on this, we're all trying to guess whether it's a bug or whether they changed their minds. I really, really hope it's just a bug. Being able to adventure with Kira and Scourge is a huge part of why I love my Jedi knight, and it's not fair to have them taken away when they're supposed to be part of the class. Bioware repeatedly promised we'd get these characters back - had I known about this, I would not have started FE.
  10. Just logged in after the patch and the terminal still doesn't work. I still can't summon my classic companions. I'm really disappointed that Bioware hasn't acknowledged this problem or commented on when it'll be fixed. I don't mind waiting a week or two but I want to know it's being worked on. Please Bioware, some kind of comment is only fair.

  12. The companion locator terminal is in the Alliance Headquarters, in the small room just north of the smuggler's room. It's the same room as the commander's datapad. However, the terminal doesn't currently work. Nobody can summon their classic companions right now unless they happen to be someone in the story (T7, Yuun, etc.) Most people think this is a bug, because Bioware specifically promised multiple times that we'd be able to summon our classic companions for questing with even if they weren't in the story yet. They promised we wouldn't lose companions we already had. On their side of the argument is a bunch of stuff Bioware said, and also the fact that this terminal exists. This other guy, above, thinks that Bioware has decided to reverse what they previously said, and lock us away from our classic companions until they become available in the story. He keeps saying it in a bunch fo threads, but when I asked where he got the info, he didn't specify. So I'm with the first group of people...but make up your own mind I guess. I want to see what Bioware has to say.
  13. Please fix the companion locator terminal! We are supposed to be able to summon our original class companions, but the terminal doesn't work at the moment.
  14. Right, but the additional story content is going to be released in monthly chapters starting in 2016. So take Kira, for example...what if she doesn't become available through the story until May 2016? If you're a bounty hunter who just wants to have Kira, fine, that's your problem. But if you're a Jedi knight who's had Kira since the beginning, that's not right and it's definitely not what Bioware promised. They said we could still summon our existing class companions for the purposes of adventuring, outside of the story content. Like I said, I think we should have this ability now, via the companion locator terminal, and it's just broken. Waiting for Bioware comment on this.
