Did NOT skip Nar Shadaa, I am done and have Bowdaar... And to complete that planet I had to do almost every side quest to keep up with the enemies 4 levels above me.

Right now I'm a lvl 20 Gunslinger, and I just got to Tatooine. Beginning with Taris, I have been a lower level than suggested. Right now the quests say Level 25, and I'm 20. I don't think Heroics and Flashpoints should be required to keep up with the PvE storyline. I did one Heroic once, but it took half a day to get the damn group together. I do space missions every day, I group up from time to time. I don't avoid fights. I always have some rested exp. Why am I so far behind?
