Will this fix the slot machine issue as well?

Once gathering is at 700 one doesn't get anything from open world gathering... this seems like an issue... the number of times open world gathering fails currently also seems like an issue... and needing a month and a half to fix something that could have been figured out on the PTR yep amazing just amazing. I guess the devs like to run around looking for nodes only to have them fail cause that's one way to test such things *shrug* I'm sure it didn't happen though or it wouldn't be an issue. Wasn't that the purpose for holding off on the September release to better test stuff before it went into play?

I'm being told there's nothing they can do and it's supposedly still being investigated but no info is matching on any of this. answers are not showing in game i don't have the mask and ticket numbers aren't showing correctly from email to ingame either does anyone pay attention to the system that's in place at all like ever?

i understand where you are supposed to get it, that's not the problem. The problem is I have the saber and I never got the mask. At all not on me not in my inventory not in legacy bank not in personal bank i do not have the bind to legacy version of this mask anywhere on the account.

No the character i started 2 weeks ago does not have the mask, but i have the light saber. i did the end of chapter 1 just last night they did not give me the mask they told me to open a bug report... still NO mask!

They are claiming they can't just ''grant'' items to people hence half of my frustration as before this happened I requested they take the original mask which was bind to character and swap it out for the bind do legacy mask since one can not just go back and do the class quest again due to the item bind requirement change they made. I got the same person that said to open a bug report with no mention of granting me the item at all so perhaps the customer service level here might be a tad lacking. I should not have to keep running in circles to get an item that is part of a story mission that I've not gotten due to an issue in game and I would also expect that those answering tickets created in game could in fact just hand me the item, but clearly that is not the case....!?

According to everything I have read i should have gotten Lord Kalig's Mask before the fight with Lord Zash at the dark temple where her spirit if you will jumps into Khem Val's body. Which is the ending part to Chapter 1, however I did not get it. So i proceeded to open a ticket in game under item/loot and was told to come here to get it fixed, so here I am and I promise you don't want my feedback at this point. As a paying customer shouldn't have to do this much work to get an item in the game.

Eric, again I'd like to thank you for not only the update and all of the information that was provided; but continuing to allow us to provide feedback as well as questions. With all of the info given I was left with a few questions still... 1. If we get the extra chapter where we play AS hk-55 does that mean for THAT chapter hk-55 isn't allowed as a companion? Also I assume the hk-55 part is ONLY good for that chapter and we'll be returned to our player looks after wards? 2. Will Theron have a bigger part to play in the upcoming chapters? 3. Is there any hope for the return of companion interactive story conversations? (like the conversations we used to get as we leveled up companions affection... it no longer exists i know it WAS an EXAMPLE!!!) Eric, I'd like to start by doing what most have over looked in doing. I'd like to thank you for giving the community a chance to give you all feed back on the changes that were put in place. I would also like to apologize as a fellow programmer on behalf of the people that could or did not hand you or the rest of the team enough information in their feedback, as I understand that it will make it rather difficult for you or the team to figure out who or what needs to be changed further and where. Heroic Mode?) Voss Star Fortress solo mode AND the heroic on makeb called False History Your personal experience while playing this content- I should not have to keep falling dead in a SOLO MODE Star Fortress to the Paladin as well as the Skytrooper Praetorian 4 times each to finally kill them. Just like makeb heroics should be done with a companion but you can't do that one solo so please fix it, thank you! If i thought I'd be around for the entire event, I'd show. odds are I'll have to leave early. To me personally it's not worth having to pay when I likely won't be able to finish the event.
