Can you still get recruit gear or is it out of the game?

Are the healing achievements for PVP not working? I have meet several achievement requirements but don't get anything. Just was wondering if this is a known problem or just me. Thanks for the help.

Is there a target dummy somewhere on fleet?

I am looking for a little advice as to what would be the best augments for my toon. I play a combat medic and have BM armor. I am really only concerned with PvP. Thanks

The title says it all. I am looking to reset my skill tress and can't figure out how.

Is it possible to see my companion's gear stats when I select something in my inventory. Right now I can see my own gears stats but would like to also be able to see my companions at the same time. This would make it a lot easier to outfit my companions. Thanks.

Like a total noob I cannot figure out how to turn on the extra quick bar slots. I have looked through the UI and preferences and just must be looking over it. Any help for this noob would be great. Thanks
