Hi, I purchased a 90 day pre-paid time card.
It said my code was complete, and I should be able to play the game now.
However, when I install the game it says I have no plan and need to subscribe. I try to reach some EA contact, but only option I am given is to contact someone in game, which I cannot do because of the above!
How can I reach someone at EA / Bioware to help with code redemption issues? thanks!
