You should use "Let the Bodies hit the floor" for your next video. If you are trying to create terrible videos you might as well go all the way.

You can't be stunned after your resolve bar fills unless the stun in question was the one that brought your resolve bar to full(in this case the opener will do this every time). Roots/Slow are the only thing that will still effect you, and yes Scrapper/Concealment has a talented 100% root for 2 sec. You seem to think there's a bug with the resolve bar when there's not. You just don't know how it works.

K.O./Jarring Strike fills your resolve bar to full so that's not possible. I wish there were people who weren't completely ignorant about this game's mechanics supporting this nerf, makes me worry about the future of this game.

Not only that but the enhancements that come with the PvP gear have Crit/Surge which baffles me since Alacrity, which is on the PvE gear, is awful for us.

Tanking in general is frustrating in this game. Every trash pack seems to have around 500 knockbacks that just makes you feel useless to the group.

How does that even relate to what the OP is trying to show?

The way respawning is done is because of a very stupid "in combat" system they use in Flashpoints. If any player in your party gets aggro from anything in the flashpoint, the rest of your group, no matter where they are, will be put in combat and those mobs the player aggro'd will go to them after he's killed/uses a vanish ability. So even if you are respawned at the entrance to the flashpoint the boss will walk all the way over there because the game still says that you are engaging him.

You can't swap out barrels or hilts on epic weapons. So yes, it is a bug and a really embarrassing oversight.
