  1. If I cancel my subscription before it renews... I still get the remaining time left in the sub right? That's all.

  4. The responses I've received from CS seriously make me question if they even know what game I'm having a problem with. That's not counting that CS droid...
  5. There is an option to skip pretty much all of the combat, it's called a speeder; really easy except for a few chokepoints. A no combat option would be ridiculous if skipping to cut scenes would increase lvl as everyone would do that and spacebar through them. What happens to the quest whose cut scene is dependent on combat? Go watch youtube if that's what you want. I agree with your other points though... right clicking the mouse which kills 100% of mobs and throwing a few skills in (and it is just a few) is tedious... but that's what mmo's are. you have trash mobs that are filler. My main complaint with the difficulty is boss, and gold fights... I can take them down by just right clicking the mouse and using none of my skills.... using my skills adds a minor dps or stun, but why not just right click the mouse and let a companion take down 80% of the boss's health all while I'm at full health!!!???? Doesn't seem right.
  6. Yeah but the fact that I have to make all those changes on my end so that the KotFE chapters don't play like the Walking Dead chapters is something I don't want from an MMO. Like seriously number 4 is laughable. Edit: I like doing number 4 but not as a way to make the game challenging... to me that's just an inclusive part of all MMO's.
  7. So couldn't the companion changes be kept which would reduce the tediousness for you and still up the difficulty? It seems your main problem is that you couldn't choose whichever companion before to fulfill whatever role... which you can now... which is not related to difficulty
  8. I'm not arguing that solo shouldn't be basically a cakewalk but why am I at greater than 90% health most of the time it feels (even with comp set to something other than heal). Even bosses are like this. It detracts from the storytelling which the solo mode is trying to achieve when you A. don't have to use all of your skills and can beat a boss with primary because you are invincible just because and B. There is no sense of well anything that would move the plot along, I mean the dramatic music doesn't fit when you just sit there and cakeroll the boss... everything seems out of place to me. Why use a stun on a bosses dps when I can just keep dps and kill in a matter of secs. This encourages the group content which is a challenge to fail because new people will not learn their role or will be conditioned by this stuff. Why are solo and group basically two separate play styles to learn and how does that help the transition from solo to group mechanics (especially for new players) and isnt the solo to group an essential transition? The difference between solo and group isn't just easy and medium mode, solo you don't have to do a thing and you win by default. Btw, a Challenge for me is not carrying a bunch of people through HM on group finder who don't know mechanics or who quit because they don't know mechanics
  9. If it's meant to be sarcasm then since it really is super easy does that fit the definition of irony? The second quote pops up many times when just face rolling through randoms.... doesn't matter if it's gold silver or not; Koth clearly needs a challenge and I would like one too.
  10. I find it weird with how much of a cake walk everything is that even your companion Koth Vortena expresses as much with the following lines, "Yeah... Clearing these things out? Very easy... easiest things ever...." and "Wouldn't mind a challenge now and then." (Ch. 2 or 3) The difficulty really needs to be upped across the board.

  12. Just started KotFE (late to the party I know), and I can already tell by the lack of everything mmo and trying to make this a single player game with mmo abilities it is just not for me. I don't like the cut scenes, they are lame. I don't like the combat, it is basically walk forward a few paces... mow down enemy... repeat. I do however like the changes that came with patch 4.0 to the game before KotFE as that part of the game is an actual mmo, with quest and open world adventuring and what not.
