Hello, delodado. Did you level up your character? If he/she leveled up even once, you do not get the refund. Kinda a bs rule, and one that I learned the hard way, but that's the way it is.

I'm having the same problem, except worse. I bought a lv 60 token on the cartel, but apparently the game ate it. No new character, no slot, no refund. What's worse, is that I deleted my 60 republic smuggler in the hopes of it giving me my slot back. I didn't really enjoy playing the smuggler, but after NOT getting a slot back like I was told I would, I regret it. I hope this thread gets noticed, and that people get their refunds. But I've ranted enough. Hope it gets fixed...
