Sounds good. Cant wait to try it. Heat management seems like its going to be a pain tho without immolate (still late 20s almost 30) for the free RP proc. I can replace Immolate with FB , or is there a better filler skill in the rotation?

So, with the RS build, what do you suggest stacking? Power or crit, surge or accuracy? Edit: This is using the high energy cylinder correct?

Question: I'm currently going to use the iron fist spec, but i took out the 2 points in quell and add them to retractable blade and oil slick. Can i stack Power > defense > absorbation or should i stack other stats (which stats will make me a good off-tank for FP/ heroics)

Hey everyone, i just recently made a BH Powertech and I'm wondering what would be a good spec. My friend told me to go shieldtech since the spec is "good", but so far from what i see most PVE shieldtech builds kinda fail in PVP. I plan on doing WZ while i level and i don't want to be constantly switching specs (want dual spec now ). They told me that this is the ideal build for shield techs in PVE (http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#301G0GrdorogzZMsbZb.1) and i don't know how good it will do in PVP. I tried to make a good hybrid build and this was what i came up with http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#301GMMrdRroMZMsrMoZb.1 . Now,how do you think this build will do in both PvP and PvE? Also, what the best secondary stat for any of the above builds? Power,crit,accuracy, etc. Need help and suggestions.
