Titles might be removed but the Codex is unchanged. Still shows things like: Title obtained on Korriban 0/1 while the Title from there is gone.

Worked fine for us, except that they should fix the Columni drops in it.

We also couldn't progress because we got stuck at this Pylon Puzzle encounter. Tried it over 5 times in different ways on Hardmode and Nightmare, nothing worked.

While being buffed i deal around 3k to 4k Deathfields, 3k Mauls and 4k Assassinates.

Totally agreed with Mercarcher, on top of that some encounters in Hardmode Flashpoints are still glitched/bugged sometimes. Champion gear is also viable for normal Operations, and probably even for Hardmode. Just have to be lucky with the rng on the bags.

Mentioning your mirror class without even calling it by the Advanced class that you want to see nerved. I think you must actually play the game above level 10 to mention something like this.

It does replace Thrash for me, slightly more damage + it increases your Shock damage.

Same around 40 hours ingame and 30 hours in the queue.

Was 2 hours in a queue again, got an error code back to place 986....

Seems so, just went from 1400 to 500 in the queue.
