I have purchased all the lovely Razer SWTOR products (don't judge) and once you've entered your code you get 2x +4 END Crystals per character you create (per code)... They are sent to your mail box Just don't delete them (or replace them) as they are bound to your character and once they're gone, they're gone. There was talk a while back about end level Razer Crystals but as of today's date nothing has happened... So, while the crystals are nice to begin with they rapidly become just cosmetic, rather than being much use. And yes, there's a VERY slight difference in shading to the advanced black-green crystal you can get in game... Not that anyone would notice! :/

I seem to be experiencing similar issues - I have the Razer SWTOR Mouse and Headset. Problems I have encountered: 1) 'message not found' when redeeming code for the mouse... It seems to recognise the code, but I'm reluctant to validate the code just in case the crystal isn't redeemed ingame. 2) 'Code not recognised' when redeeming the code for the headset... Doesn't even recognise the code as valid. 3) I did write the codes down from the synapse generator and I'm glad I did as everytime I click 'generate code' now I get a 'failed' message... :/ Would like to know if anyone who has successfully generated a crystal code, did they get the 'message not found' appear when they typed it into the code redemption centre?
