  1. World PVP. And by that I don't mean just a zone like Ilum. I mean real, old-school world PVP where the PVP objectives aren't the only thing driving people out into the world or zone. I miss the days where people used to set up gank groups and gank each other because so many people were out into the world that a fight was a sure thing. That used to be the real point of PVP servers.
  2. Is it not working for anyone else?
  3. I have a few questions: Is the item required for the tank or for everyone? Do 30 Daily Commendations require doing Belsavis in 1.2? What prevents guilds from doing it more than once every five days? Just the respawn timer?
  4. Yup. But no one in this forum will listen to you. It's a lot easier to believe the damage-padding, faceroll spec is the best.
  5. I play 31 Balance. It's fine.
  6. So no one knows for sure? That's lame. I hope we get some testing or Bioware explains the system soon.
  7. No, that's not how it works. Read this: * Level 50 players can queue solo or in a group of up to 8 players via the Queue Solo Ranked and Queue Group Ranked buttons in the Warzone Queue Window. * After a Ranked Warzone has ended, your Solo Rating or Group Rating will be adjusted based on the outcome of the match and the ratings of all players participating. Source: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?p=3469031 What I'm wondering is how the game will separate people who choose to queue with two instead of a full eight when group queueing.
  8. Will the game pair a group of two people with a group of eight? Will it keep 8v8 in one bracket but pair a group of two with a group of seven? I'm just curious. It would be kind of lame to queue with two and face a group of seven.
  9. http://i.imgur.com/gAATa.jpg http://i.imgur.com/cHj0w.jpg http://i.imgur.com/sVljP.jpg I was datacron hunting and I noticed that this guy got a full 9,000 resolve bar, which is supposed to be mathematically impossible, when I stunned him. It actually took him 90 seconds to deplete the full bar too, as the time stamps show. The same thing happened to me earlier when I got stunned by a Sith player on Belsavis. Just like this guy, I also had a companion out, and it did take 90 seconds for my resolve bar to deplete. In fact, when the Sith player I killed resurrected one minute later, I was still immune to CC and his knockback didn't work on me. However, it did not happen with another Sith player I ganked earlier, so the bug does seem a bit difficult to replicate. Please note this only happens in open world PVP, and my guess is it's related to companions. This does not by any means prove the claims that resolve is bugged in other instances. Open world PVP isn't this game's focus by any means, but this seems like a pretty huge bug for the occasional open world PVP that does happen.
  10. The only 1V1 you should lose is against a Scoundrel with Vanishing Act up. If they don't have Vanishing Act up, they're easy; if they do have it up, they're impossible.
  11. Do the Legacy companion buffs, meaning the stat boosts that some companions give by maxing out their affection, also give bonuses to the player or is it just the player's companions?
  12. Yeah, it's not even possible to blame the Sage / Sorcerer because they were all dying before they could act. Other healers did not have the same problem at all.
  13. I think groups only got the buffs that they could provide themselves.
  14. It's kind of hilarious because the forums were literally wrong to the extent that everything everyone was saying was the direct opposite of what was true. Everyone was crying about DPS Sorcerer / Sage and DPS Commando / Mercenary, and both those classes turned out to be the worst. Then everyone was saying Marauder / Sentinel was the worst, and it's turned out to be one of the best classes in organized PVP.
  15. Actually, I think they said in an IGN interview that Sorcerer / Sage will not be nerfed.
