  1. Titles not tittles, elitists should spell better. Backpedaling while inefficient is far from a skill defining trait. less QQ more pewpee

    Let me play

i que with my mara buddy all this time, and i just tell him if its not huttball and i extricate him one of us needs peels...

    Let me play

sorcs can be wrecking balls if played correctly. i come from playing my op healer and now a sorc healer, im a bit more squishy but i have soooo much more utility! i feel as an op you hit a glass ceiling with abilities and things to do in a wz now playing a sorc it has so many options. i think first of all you should spec your talents according to your group make-up. are you queing solo or with no tanks? if so i reccomend specing heavy into lightning tree for bubble stun and aoe kb with root. the stun saves u when your getting cc'd and *****, the kb is a cd to get em off you that can be alternated with force sprint. giving u an escape every 15s or so and you still have points left over for innervate. you lose a bit of bonus healing and reviv but your survivability will skyrocket to compensate for the lower heal#'s if you have a good tank you can slide more and more points out of lightning to heals as you gage his skills at keeping you alive. also i think this helps but its up to you, i got that ugly taris comm vibro sword and a set of cartel armor to look less squishy. you can also use pilot pants or other social gear if you dont have cartel points. its like cammoflauge as a jugg. the longer it takes them to zero in on you the better.
  4. i dont mind the change, sad i spent the time grinding 3 full WH's but i like the smaller gear gap, less guaranteed losses in wz's more skill dependance. as for the EWH if it has an awesome new look i might grind it for aesthetics... now as far as counting it as content... it just brings to mind how many new fp/ops we have vs new WZ's... this new one better be epic. i would be happy with the exact same game modes on different terrains. how hard can that be? a VS with 3 nodes to guard would be interesting. especially with more twists and turns in corridors etc. maybe like a 3 tiered tower so people could jump down quickly but have to climb up. or even better use MGGS's! and intermediate objectives the enemy could take to disable the grapple points to force slower re-enforcements... a map other than huttball rdps can find perches. damnit put me in charge i'll have this shiz operational in a couple weeks! =p
  5. so in the larger picture i think the sorc is more usefull than a sin against a rage squad
  6. i disagree, the shield absorbs a great amount of the smash, 3s stun following is basically adding 2s to the smash cd cuz they cant vicious slash. so now our smasher is most likely in enemy territory, stunned and looking at 10-12s to his next big hit. and depending on when the shield was applied could be looking at another wasted smash.
  7. 1 sorc can seriously hinder a team of smashers with bubblestun, you're telling me an assassin can do it better? explain
  8. lol ok i concede 13s is a long time in pvp assuming sorcs bubbling on lockout
  9. thats true but i think it pops itself at its durations end anyways so the small window where the duration continues past the recast debuff is irrelevant to me. Sorc is not one of my 50's so i'm not too savvy on them. if bioware corrects the ability to stun on demand by removing the buff it would not affect the pros i listed and remove cons people perceive, but there will always be complaints and this one seems minor to me
  10. everyone's entitled to their opinion. but i think this mechanic brings a new style to pvp, and a reason to bring both sorcs and rdps instead of a smash squad.
  11. if you remove buff u lose the shield as well as the coordination required to remove buff quickly at will... sounds fair, only hiccup i see is the resolve gain for it doesnt = the stun duration
  12. I've got 4 50's almost 5, 3 in full WH so i've learned a thing or two by now... while i agree the TTK is a bit too quick and the latest resolve change was moronic, all this whining in forums is getting annoying. maybe this will help. feel free to add your own! crying about smashing/close range dps? bring a bubble stun sorc! now they are stunned 30% of the match. crying about bubblestun sorcs? bring more ranged dps! now out of range of pops and can focus troublesome sage down crying about ranged dps? bring more shortrange dps. for the most part rdps fall apart to interrupts/cc's mdps bring to table op healer hard to kill? stun at 30% so no more SP spam sorc healer has too much utility? dies in seconds. dead sorcs = 0 utility BH healer can tank like a truck? sure but also the most inefficient healer. burn his energy shield then make him overheat now hes useless assassins self heal to much? cc force lightning. juggs tank so much! practically all their def cd's are on 3min timer burn em hard to force them then they are squishy for 3 mins after bh tanks get jump, AND pull! weakest of the tanks in cd department... kill em. problems solved end the QQ your team make ups are like moves on a chess board. choose wisely and you wont go crying on the forums later. all classes can be utilized to make good teams.

    P2W is bad?

OP is incoherrent . P/G2W is lame find other methods to motivate players (pets, armor looks, Titles, speeders, color xtals) moving on
  14. i play a jugg and mara and i like the new sorc bubble pop, it stresses the need for ranged dps in ranked teams... there are many ways a good team can work around this skill and it is far from game breaking. in order for a healer to get this they sacrifice alot in healing, as for dps they are busy casting bubbles instead of dmg spells... fair trade off in my opinion and not worth all the qq
