lets say you start with a savant sash and reverse engineer it. lets then say you get the redoubt savant sash (blue schematic) when you reverse engineer the blue item will the purple schematic be the same as the redoubt or have a random chance to be anything?

if you reverse engineering exceptional items do you have a chance of making the upgraded recipe that is always exceptional ?
