  1. S'up guys. I notice no Rage yet Kiba. CHOP CHOP YA LAZY BASTARD. ^_^ My work on D&D Next is killing my time to commit to this game argh.
  2. Its the FoTM that I pointed out was top end, when everyone else said it was worthless. Thank you all marauders that play Rage, I hope your welcome for the spec deliverance. ^_^
  3. Hit 50, have 4 champion pieces, and am really enjoying the strength of rage currently. Will be updating again soon with more hints and tricks.
  4. Its 110 Accuracy > 30% crit - 90% surge - power
  5. I'd like to argue with you for a moment. First. Juggers Rage! Unless you plan to always run the ball, I'd recommend a more damage oriented build. Let's take your 6% strength argument first. lets say you have 1200 strength at 50, without the talent you'd be losing 72 strength. By not taking and using Shii-Cho form, you're losing 20% passive armor pentration as well as increased damage. So unless you're strictly looking at tank pvp, with no hope of damage, then why would you want to go that build, when you'll effectively gimp yourself? If looking at tank build, there are other better options?
  6. Kiba. Obfuscate is a tank cooldown agaisnt melee foes.
  7. As the Author of DPS and you a Marauders Guide, I can atest to Focus, as my counter point is the Rage Tree. If you want to take a look, here is the link. Focus / Rage I believe is the premiere dps tree in both PVE as well as PVP. I'll be following your thread for a while to see if any glaring holes, but good job.
  8. Just to point out again. You can clip Force Crush at 3 and get another 3 for next go around, if you run out and charge back in. Its what I've been doing a lot. Most of the time though it's either 4/2 or 2/4
  9. Viscious Slash is a great filler, if you have spare rage, or it's absolutely beast when you're doing a multiple opponent fight and can pop berserk even in end game. I normally dont include it during standard rotation, but it's always nice to burn your bar, when blood thirst / predation aren't available to give you a few rage free swings with vicious. Vicious by itself isnt a bad ability. It's just we dont have a lot of availability in rage to use it as often as we should. Currently after I get free time away from the new gf, work etc. I'll work on some gold mobs to try to get a solid rotation and clean up what I currently offer since I know its a bit buggy. Also did some updating to the first page. Credit to Elof, and Kiba given where due.
  10. Glad to see a lot of views on this thread. Sorry that I'm so far behind, but work work work. Currently managing a business, and doing submission drafts for Wizards of the Coast as a hobby writer. So the Holidays and aforementioned projects take a lot of time. Kiba I hope you'll have a rage guide up soon. ^_^ I think you're so far one of the better theory crafters in the fourms right now. As for bugs, and accuracy I've noticed that white hit versus yellow hit are similar to wow in that 110% accuracy is a guarantee spot for yellow and it looks like 115% for white hits. This causes a problem for certain specs, as you may lose stacks, or buffs dependent upon white hit confirms.
  11. Moon, unless you're rage. You wont be able to compete agaisnt a BH once they hit 20 and get tracer. If they use 35% armor pen gas, and just tracer missile / rail shot they will take mobs apart. They are all about front end damage, and they just get better and better as they have more tools to vent off heat. They basically zero to sixty in 3 seconds, where you have ramp up time of nine - fifteen seconds. It's how the spec's differ. In Theory you could match a BH's sheer dps output before they heat max by using rage, and my prescribed builds. Because rage is all about front load damage as well. Burst them before they burst you kind of mentality. It's all about how fast you can obtain your 4 stack for smash to hit like a truck. Just remember two different classes. But BH has a heads up on us, esp if they go a certain spec in pvp / pve. But we can get them on the back end of the game, as sadly this class dosent shine until you begin to get a lot of orange gear and wait for purples to drop. We scale, better then any class in the game because of our mechanic generation, but its getting there that is the hard part.
  12. Will have some stuff up on other class quests soon. Have gone Treasure hunter just for the freebie companion gifts. Sorry for the delay.
  13. Warzones have damage meters built into them. Go find them, and trust me you'll be surprised when you do.
  14. If you're rage. Crit > Surge > Power. Guaranteed one crit, isnt the same as the rest of your damage moves being able to crit. Surge to 100% After that it suffers diminishing returns, but not before 100%. As for power. Power is the lowest scaling per point value that we have, the more you dump into it, the more you lose viability in other stats.
