as some1 who played in closed alpha an beta then full release till 2018. this PTS reminds me of the games original release and glory. when APAC players had the same experience as everyone else. i have enjoyed this so much i am actually considering resubbing full time and coming back the way i did till 2018 when i left. if swtor does keep these changes, it will gain myself and our clan raid team back as full time subs. best content addition since the DP & DF raids

I parse 9,73 on dp hm council. With 54apm

Cool wanted to check I’m consistently parsing over 9.7 but being told I’m too low wondered if the difference was the crystal

Is it worth it, I regularly clear hm with a dedicated group as dps, but I don’t have too many hours a week to game. So they don’t bring me on nim often cos if my time constraints (4-6 hrs). I read the crystal is useful for speed run type groups. Which is what I invisgae a 4hr run is then. What I wanna know is it worth it? 248 fully augmented shadow currently Parsing 9,3k on dp hm

@OP going to make an assumption you know your class here. I personally have tanked master FPS and every single story mode operation in dps gear tank spec with a shield generator. It’s not hard and I e had zero deaths. But if you really want to know numbers. For hard mode brontes i cleared with 56.51% shield and 52.34% zero deaths clear it first time every tme

Read my post, not being in tank spec means no shield, which means not guarding. Also make taunt work the same as in over, whereas, aoe taunt is a aggro drop for dps specs, so they shouldn’t get redirection stats from using it in pvp either (currently we do) I am aware as I personally do it, an skanking without a proper shield generator is useless, that’s half the way to do it there, remove that an the problem become vastly reduced

Why not make it so dps spec can not equip a shield generator at all. An if respec with one on its immediately unequipped. Furthermore, buff tank spec endurance by 10% an lower dps spec by same value. Even to the point of remove some of the dcds from the dps specs. (For example jug dps doesn’t need reflect ward an enraged defense, drop reflect)
