  1. In light of that I've removed the link. No need to give such things views.
  2. Many tanks seem to hold their taunts in reserve for some mythical doomsday scenario. However, in most fights nothing really can go too wrong in under 12s that requires a taunt to fix so they should be spamming the hell out of at least their single target taunts, it is literally the highest threat move you can make. The lack of taunting I think goes a huge way to the collective threat problem of some tanks since traditionally (in other MMO's) taunts only stuck a mob to you for several seconds without the x3 aggro component.
  3. Well I dodged the "You are always revolting" comment I thought I'd set my self up for so hey, thank god for small miracles!
  4. Slime I think you've spent too much time with Thrax. I think all the "Yolo#rekt" ness is contagious XD But in all seriousness this tier of operations are a pure pleasure to raid. Challenging, inventive and delightful in look and atmosphere. Bravo. Except Torque .... He can die in a fire.
  5. Torque was afraid :/ Just went to Yavin instead since we couldn't be bothered clearing the stun-a-holic trash again ^^ Our tanks would revolt!
  6. It's not really "do it solo" or "do it in an operation". The solo/operation choice is how to drive him out of the temple of sacrifice (either via the coalition bombers or a strike team), not how to finally defeat him. Even if you choose operation he disappears after the last encounter and you then do the solo phase to defeat him anyway.
  7. Been looking to get back into serious GSF now that progression is over but all the old channels on RE seem dead. Deffo going to be checking out your pad ^^ Thanks for the heads up! Also might be worth putting your prestige score in the post. Not because it means anything but since the alphabetical sort doesn't seem to work on the listings its an easier way to find it.
  8. Well some guilds knew what event it would be this week and were on easy planets that were resolved withing a day or so. They then spent all of last week making other conflicts harder to drain other guild's material stockpiles while stockpiling huge mat reserves themselves for the next conquest. No exploit necessary. If you have Invasion forces queued the night before and chose a planet with a bonus to them you get like 7k per force. You can have 25 queued PER TOON. Thats a huge number of points right off the bat.
  9. Yeah only planet not part of the meta achievement despite the title being in the game files. Bump for visibility.
  10. Yeah Red Eclipse has been awesome this past week. Mostly balanced matches and some pretty fun games. If we retain even 10% of the people trying it (I know I've converted a few people in my guild from hating it to really enjoying it) it will be great for the community overall.
  11. Aye. Historically we've never placed well ranking wise on timed runs since they don't really mesh very well with our style of raiding, besides it's not going anywhere Glad to get it done pre-nerf though ^^
  12. Dilih finally got round to trying the title run after getting all our members deposer. Got it on the second try but forgot a UTC ^^
  13. Correct me if I'm wrong here but I assumed they were no longer affected by "Sovereignty" granted to players by the crystals. Thus the damage reduction and taunt effects no longer occur?
  14. If I remember correctly there is an achievement in game for killing a Sarlacc. Now I've never seen any official confirmation on this but data mined strings suggested the original secret boss of S&V was meant to be the Sarlaac pit before Thrashers room not Hateful though changed at the last minute due to time constraints. If true that means the Devs were certainly considering the idea, though it's unlikely we'll be going to an operation on another desert world any time soon for varieties sake (it's a big old galaxy out there) but it would make a cool event/world boss for Tatooine.
  15. Can confirm, taking hits from Raptus seems to prevent the kiter being targeted by force cyclone. Whether this is due to range (which can certainly **** the timings) or by keeping Raptus engaged I cannot say. Tanks getting targeted is due to swaps been slow or fudged (thus both Bestia and Calph targeting the same tank at the time of selection, which seems to be 10s plus before the cast). At least in my experience this is the cause, counting down the taunts, Calph>Bestia first, seems to eliminate the issue.
