How about no rating loss for 3v4 (not leaving but starts that way) and no rating loss for no healer or no tank. -9 is stupid for games completely unwinnable in most cases

Hey guys, I am starting up a new guild <Critical Mass> on the Imperial Side, the goal of this guild is to be a positive pvp community that helps its members of all levels get better. I have been playing this game since launch and had never played an mmo before and really had no clue what I was doing. But with the helpful of countless friends I have made I am now comfortable in ranked and regs and would like to organize a guild/community that trains develops and helps pvpers of all levels. I am looking to add anyone who likes to pvp or wants to start in pvp as well as has a positive attitude. People with no experience or very little are of course welcome as well as people who are proficient in pvp. For those at the upper levels I welcome you not only to help train or advise some of the other members but also I will try and be putting together a competitive ranked team so that we can que group or solo ranked and continue getting better. The most important thing in my eyes for this guild is to build a positive pvp community. I hear you 100% its all about getting the right kind of the people and there is a fine line to walk there because you dont want to be too harsh but also you don't want any negativity burdening the guild as a whole. I can't say I have any experience in that area so I welcome any and all input and will do the best I can to find a good balance.

I was thinking that as well, obviously Harbinger is the hub of most pvp but I also don't want to leave people out who may not want to transfer so I think I am going to make specific server posts on Harbinger, Ebon Hawk and The Red Eclipse tomorrow or the day after with hopefully more details

No problem at all. This is great I am surprised and glad to see interest in this idea. Picking a server will probably be the hardest part but I am also more than happy to move to EU if lots of people there are interested. Will probably leave this poll up for the next couple of days and then let you all know where I will start putting it together

Yeah thats a really good point, I would be more than happy to go to ebon hawk, from your experience should it be republic or imperial? Also going to give the poll a few more days just to see where most interest lies.
