  1. I'd like to know why there's a difference in the amount of legacy vaults (7) a player can have, compared to the maximum amount a guild vault can have, which is 8. As they both seem to be the same kind of 'technology', it would be logic that a legacy vault also should have a maximum of 8 vaults, and not just 7 as it is now, even if this means that you've to unlock it the same way like you do the others (credits or cc).   2. Hi All, This is how I fixed the issue: I searched and found the file: SWTOR_SETUP and run it. This will reinstall / update your launcher. Once done, I run the game again, and it started to download for 2 hours!! When finished downloading, the (re-)installation itself took about 1 minute and the game runs perfectly again since. Off course, as a matter of customer service it would have been nice and fair (at least) if all subscribers would have been granted an amount of cartel coins for the inconvinience they've gotten due to this update which isn't their fault. And what would this have costed you / Bioware? Absolutely nothing! It's just digital currency which isn't even worth real money or can't be traded for real money. I'm a bit disappointed as a subscriber since day 1!! So just give all subscribers eligible for chapter 10 their fair share of cartel coins in compensation for their lost of time which they aren't responsible of. 1200 cc (at least) for each subscriber sounds as a reasonable compensation!

  8. HI BW, Please inform us about any problem you're having as I, and a lot of people in Europe, Red Eclipse server, can't get into the game anymore. I keep getting launcher error 208, and there's no information at all available as to how to fix it For this I have to assume that the problem isn't on my side, as my connection to the internet is perfectly fine. I have even tried the 'normal repair' option, but that makes the launcher only worse.   9. Hi Bioware, Last week I managed to reach my conquest weekly 8 times, and was waiting for the weekly rewards at reset time. However, me and my guildies (and most likely all other players) didn't recieve anything. Probably this has something to do with the new launcher that had been implemented? So my questions now are: 1. How come that when a new update (like this new launcher, which is great btw) is conflicting with conquest rewards? 2. How soon will this issue be fixed as players are anxiously waiting for their earned rewards? 3. When people make Bioware aware of a conquest achievement bug, why isn't it fixed as it should be. e.g. CZ-198 conquest achievement is (still) saying: 'Conquer Alderaan 0/1' >> fixing this text should be a very easy job for a programmer, but yet this error still exists, even after submitting tickets about it. 4. After the last huge conquest bug, it took you (BW) many weeks before players were compensated. Why does it take that long? 5. After the script you (BW) ran to fix the conquest error a few weeks ago, players/guildies that won a planet were granted all the planetary conquest achievements that were on that week, but the general achievement 'The Galaxy Conqueror' hasn't been updated accordingly.   10. Hi BW, A few weeks ago my guild, The Usual Suspects, conquered CZ-198 and didn't get their rewards. Recently (September 23rd) you've run a script to 'repair the rewards', however you've still NOT repaired the objective that gives the rewards 'Conquerer of CZ-198', as the objective is saying 'Conquer Alderaan 0/1'.   13. In my opinion the best way to fix this is to set back the status of the game to 2.7.x, so the developers can use all the time they need to fix and re-release 2.8. A great manager would have thought of this within an hour after this patch was released, therefor stopped everything, brought the servers back to the previous status, explained everything publicly to their customers/players, and made sure the patch would go live again a week later then planned. They were able to postpone the housing with 4 months, so why not able to postpone patch 2.8 with 1 week? Is the pressure of meeting unrealistic deadlines so high? All for the sake of 'saving a few coins' by trying to meet the demand of higher management who, doesn't seem to have a clue of the impact each patch will have as they probably don't play themselves and therefor aren't able to 'see the problem behind the numbers on their papersheets'? Let me be clear: I'm a paying subscriber since the start of this game in 2011. What will be our compensation this time, beside a 'we are sorry for the inconvinience'? All subscribers get a free month?, preferred 2 weeks and f2p 1 week? That would be reasonable I guess ...
  14. what's going on with patch 2.8? too many bugs and errors. my advice: reset the game to pre-2.8, fix problems, the re-release it, even if it takes another week costomer satisfaction must be your priority, not some deadline made up by a well-paid manager. A good manager would have reconned this and stopped the release of this patch in order to have it fully fixed, in my opinion. Deadlines aren't holy, paying customers are!
