Seems to be the running work around. I followed this same procedure and was able to get the game to launch, after it verified files.

While I agree it is annoying, I highly doubt we'll get anything for it. All we can do is wait until it's fixed.

Not sure what testing occurred. It would have been nice to have the PTS open so it could have been caught there and delayed the patch. This pretty much is game breaking.

Yah I hit up twitter with my issue and submitted a ticket. Pretty much unplayable at this point. Sure, I could log on to my other characters but I want this fixed. =/

So, after the patch my Sith Inquisitor story appears to be missing some parts. I was on Balmorra, just about to go get my holocron in the vaults. The servers came down for the 4.0 update and when I logged in yesterday , the mission was gone. I'm unable to progress my class story at this point and I do not want to roll another character. Suggestions?

I wouldn't mind one honestly. Spamming "LFG (insert Flashpoint here) and no one replies with well over 100 people in the same area can become discouraging. If you don't want it, then don't use it.

The game is not dead. Dromund Kaas, Belsavis, Coruscant usually have over 100 players when I log in to play. Not everyone is eager to rush to max level. Re roll or wait until new content is released.

I think my standard digital, digital delux upgrade, and my CE purchases will make up for it. Oh and the 119 days of subscription time.
