  1. Oh wow... well I'm still in Processing. I got a refund via Paypal but no actual cancellation emails from Walmart. Hopefully tomorrow I'll get an email asking for payment.
  2. What does your page say on Walmart.com? Does it still say Processing? Did you receive an actual Walmart.com cancellation email (not a Paypal refund email)?
  3. I was refunded via Paypal (minus ~$10) and my status was cancelled then changed to Processing. No communication from anybody except that first mass email saying.. opps.. we screwed up.. don't worry.. you'll be fine. I don't care at this point as I've been refunded and registered my early access months ago. I'll just purchase from Origin if I need to and forgo the physical items. So Walmart is going to answer the question "What's the status now for you guys that pre-ordered your Collector's Edition from Wal-Mart?" I don't think so. The whole point of this topic is to communicate with each other so we can see what's happening with other Walmart CE purchases. Walmart Customer Service sucks and clearly if you call them you risk receiving bad information. This matter should have been managed by somebody at Walmart corporate with better communication to everybody affected, especially those of us who paid via PayPal and were automatically refunded. Will we receive an email asking for payment before shipping? As a programmer I find the Walmart site a joke. I can't even create an account and associate a previous order so I can enter a credit card so they can charge that before shipping. As a Director of IT I find the lack of thought of repercussions and communication with the customer inexcusable. I'm hoping they really screwed up and they'll send me my CE without re-billing.
