Haha, people have been pre-ordering since JULY. It is crazy that people are already high 20s, but the fact that they're sitting around ganking people means that not everywhere is covered by these higher levels. Level crafting skills, run flashpoints, level in a different area; all of these are options for getting camped on a PvP server.

Useless thread is useless. Of course those that have their keybinds, coordination, and macros in order will have a huge advantage over those fresh to the MMO scene. A high tier player from ANY game will always have an advantage over casuals.

You will almost always find a more competitive and PvP dedicated population on a PvP server. Sure there will be some action on PvE servers, but not nearly as much.
