Here is what i think might help with things. set up 1v1 / 4v4 / 8v8 pvp matches. then make said matches only doable like say 5 times a week. at the end of that week. set peoples ranks dependent upon how well they did that week. limit them to those 5 matches on each set so that players cant go through and just have a buddy Que opposite them and farm the hell out of commendations and such on 1v1 matches. on the 1v1 just have it first kill wins. on the other ones u can randomize it between killing each other to actually having a goal.just change it up a bit so that other players don't have to sit for hours a week trying to get an 8 man ops together just for maybe 1 to 2 15 minute ranked matches
