I found one on Taris, and the various "Exclusive" vendors (CE, VIP, Security Key) all have a handful of companion appearances.

They got through August and September today. My guess is they'll get through October and the first half of November tomorrow, but there will be another bottleneck around Black Friday. Since so many people pre-ordered at about that time, it will take a while to give all of those people access at the rate they've been going.

It could be any number of things but it's probably not a bug: -The invite when to their spam folder and they actually can play. -They didn't actually enter in a pre-order code in July (or at all). -They're lying to you for some reason.

Usually a good predictor for popularity is how recognizable the name is (in the context of the fanbase). Like how in WoW, the Arthas and Thrall servers have always been High pop servers. Just from glancing at the list, I'd say Canderous Ordo, The Ebon Hawk, and Darth Bandon all have a high likelihood of becoming consistently high population servers.

This has got to be the most re-playable MMO of all time. There are 8 classes, each of which has two distinctive play styles and story paths for a total of 16 playthroughs before you have to worry about getting bored.

And why does any of that matter? What difference does it make why I can't play the game on launch day when the fact remains that I can't play on launch day? And don't try to argue that December 20th is the "real" launch when you just spent 5 paragraphs talking about yesterday as if it was the launch. In any case, I'll be unable to play on the 20th either due to the lack of a grace period while my game ships.
