  1. You actually wipe in an OPs? How bad can you admit to being? Rofl
  2. That is interesting - How did you overcome the internal BW set limit of 110(1) fps? I'm running an i7 2600K OC'd to 4.5, with 16gb of Corsair Veng mem, 2x EVGA GTX 570's in SLI and all I seem to be able to manage is 110(1)...
  3. SW:ToR is a game for terrible casuals... no skill needed! Hell even clickers can be competitive! That being said... tera.enmasse.com/news/.../tera-to-release-in-north-america-on-may-1
  4. Even if you could possibly click abilities and move as fast as a mouse turner/keybinder could... (you can't) you would never be as situationally aware - simply because you spend considerably more time staring at your hotbars and not at what is going on around you. In PvE you can get away with this simply because mechanics are always predictable. In PvP things aren't quite as scripted and to be truly effective, you need both APM and Situational Awareness... and even if your APM is high, your situational awareness won't be. Go ahead, click away! But given equal APM's, a keybinder will have at least one advantage - even though, in reality the keybinder (if competent) will have both advantages. To say otherwise is simply ignorance or arguing for arguments sake.
  5. <Deleted> ... just like to note ... Saying, "I stopped reading..." is not cool, doesn't sound cool and just makes one look like a fool. If reading is such a damned effort, maybe playing a game isn't what you should be doing.
  6. I used to give a **** about things like this when all I had was my one BM... Now that I have several alts at 50 I welcome this change.
  7. That is an execute you are talking about - and it's getting buffed in that in 1.2 it can be used at 30% instead of 20% of a targets remaining health. But then again, since it IS an execute that can only be used when the target is 20% or below, much of that damage was overkill... now wasn't it?

Give me a break, because the difference between a level 14 and a level 45 is not only secondary stats - but the ability to use a full tool-kit and in many cases that toolkit contains the hardest hitting abilities... not to mention that resource managment and defensive mitigation is much much easier at higher levels because of passive talents unavailable to lower levels. Anybody saying that they are just as capable on a level 14 as they would be on a toon in their 30's or 40's is obviously smoking something not manufactured by Phillip Morris.

Yes, you dominated that lvl 12 pretty good. That level 45 Arsenal Merc blew you up with 3 tracers and a HS since you couldn't interrupt him.. That 46 Anni Mara blew you up in while you maybe dented him for 10% of his health... That level 39 BH healer just ignored you for 10 secs while he healed his team ... then healed himself to full while you continued to beat on him, then went back to ignoring you. Give me a break.
  10. Lopez... is that you? Not still pissed at me about that thread are you? All kidding aside... We'll have to see. For Arena I think our best hope will be GW2, although from what I'm being told by friends - TERA PvP is very skill based, but I don't think they will have a rated system in place.
  11. I can agree to this. Balance, as it stand right now, is pretty bad. The only thing that keeps the real numbers hidden is our lack of small scale rated PvP and detailed combat logs. Every Warzone is mostly a Zerg the Objective map or Huttball (which is silly since it favors some classes so heavily).
  12. I'm curious where you got this information from about high level WoW arena players? Arena Junkies members, with maybe the early exception of Lopez (lol - yeah, Lopez) almost universaly condemn ToR PvP as being much too simplistic and the skillcap to be way to low to have any type of truly competitive small scale PvP like Arena. My guild, which at the start was primarly Gladiators from WoW, is now virtually empty - as most have returned to WoW. ... and interestingly, as a side note, many who were in the TERA betas are raving about their PvP system. Hell, a few of them were in Vent for hours creaming themselves about that game... enough so that they sold me on it, although I'm primarily interested in GW2 at this point.
  13. Pro at Hello Kitty Island in Space? This game has an incredibly low skillcap - to claim "pro" status just shows everybody your true colors. Every casual becomes a superstar in this game. You are no exception. roflmao and before you call people "nerds" in a game forum... a STAR WARS game forum, it may be best to use english that isn't full of "u" and "4" and possibly capitalize a few sentences... this type of grammar is just indicative that you are a teenager and probably get off on ************ to your Sorcerer as she dances while dressed in Social gear. ... giggle pro lol Star Wars... pro...
  14. You do know that any "hardcore" player has many 50's right? There is very little to do in this game once you have ground out BM... I'd imagine that most of us have a Sorc... I do, along with a BM BH and Mara - I know exactly how difficult they all are when it comes to being effective in PvP. Sorc is a tad harder than Arsenal Merc, but just a tad. A Mara, although not what I'd ever call "hard" is infinitely more complex than a Sorc - especially the hyrid type. I'm not saying they are OP at anything but Huttball - but don't carry on about how difficult they are to play and expect anybody to take you seriously.
  15. Yup, all the backpeddling, keyboard turning and clicking in this game is crazy... the bad thing is that people get away with it, for the most part.... this means a low skillcap (ceiling) and is something that need to be fixed. PvP at the moment is boring - skillcap is too easily reached on even the most complicated classes by even mediocre players. I understand that this is THE game for casuals - but there is no reason that PvP has to be dragged down to their level. =(
