I don´t know if this is the right forum for this question, but it was the closest i could find... As the title says, my account says preferred in-game, even if my subscription is active. Renewed subscription and it was confirmed by e-mail, but after several relogs it still says preferred. Can´t open an in-game ticket so yeah, here I am... Any advice?
