  1. lol, you would think so. Keep up the great posts guys.
  2. Glad to see the positive feedback about the game. I played since beta and unsubbed shortly after 1.2. But after taking the long break and getting back into the game I have really been enjoying this game a lot and 2.0 looks to be bringing a lot of great stuff to the game. I am really excited to keep playing.
  3. Deff will set my charaters titles to that, great idea.
  4. Welcome Back, Same here I just resubbed today with a couple friends of mine. I over hyped SWTOR like many did pre launch and was dissapointed with the game, which actually has a lot of good things going for it. But when you are expecting the NEXT BEST MMO EVER TO BE CREATED, its hard for anything to live up to that. I went over to GW2 then onto MoP and now Im back here. WoW always turns into too much of a job for me when I start raiding. I still play GW2 but will be doing OPS in SWTOR and other stuff. I have been having a blast since being back and look forward to the things to come.
  5. In the most recent podcast they said that NM EC is going to come to swtor.
  6. I was just thinking the same thing. Somebody always has to rain on the parade. Anyway to the OP, awesome to see your back and enjoying the game. The game has been a lot of fun for me since I took a break after a couple months.
  7. What is the helm that is in the picture because I REALLY like it. If anyone knows where I can get it that would be awesome. It doesn't look like the one that is in the normal stalker set.
  8. Yeah I have to agree that the drop rate for the work that goes into doing a HM flashpoint is ridiculous. Imo get champions gear through pvp and then go into OPS. Its so much faster and more reliable, at least you get bags on a regular basis. But here's the thing, not everyone like pvp so your stuck running normals and hard modes without any guarantee for an upgrade. But in an hour of pvp I will have champion bags for the day with commendations and usually an unassembled item. And 6 bags for the weekly which I can get in a few hours. The difference in gearing is really odd. The way I think it should be done is that you get a T2 pve bag like the pvp champion bag for completing one daily HM and 1 T2 bag from the final boss of the first HM you do each day. And the rest of the HM FPs that day should have 1 T1 bag from the last boss. That way everyone in the group is guaranteed the normal commendations you get plus 2 T2 Bags a day and after your first HM you have the T1 bags each run. I think this would speed up the process of gearing up. I am just suggesting this because gearing up in pvp seems exponentially faster then gearing through pve. I have been 50 for almost a week and have like 6 or 7 T2 pieces already. That shouldn't be the case if others have been putting the equivalent time in HM FPs and not getting any rewards for it.
  9. I am a raider but not a HC one. I enjoyed my way all the way up to lvl 50 and didnt rush past all the quests. But I got Syth/Arch/UT all to 400 and it was pretty useless 1-50. The story with Synth is that you can get better gear elsewhere and easier. The level 20/40 pvp sets are modifiable and super easy to get. ~150 WZ commendations to get each piece, that's like 2 hours for warzones for your next 10 levels of gear. I kept holding onto the fact that synth would give me something useful other then bracers and wait pieces that are good, but hardly worth keeping over Biochem. So switched all my professions to level Biochem yesterday, even after the nerf bat is hitting biochem its still better than synth by a mile. Unless you are an RP'er and want to be able to craft different sets for looks which is great, there is really no driving reason to keep synth.
  10. I have to disagree with your disagreement? lol I just dropped 400 Synth yesterday for Biochem. At max level synth doesn't offer anything that you cant get elsewhere. The rakata pieces are nice, but you can get equivalents from HM OPs. While leveling I found synth pretty much useless because the level 20/40 pvp sets are better and so easy to get. 500 WZ commendations will get you 4 pieces of the pvp set for your level and takes a handful of warzones to get. I never made myself anything while leveling for myself because I always had better from somewhere else and it was easier to get. The point of having a profession like Synthweaving is to craft gear that is worthwhile to have that for the most part you can get faster because you can craft it rather than trying to farm it somewhere else. But in this game the gear from synth just aren't that good. When I hit 49 I finally made myself a decent waist and bracers and.......thats about it. I kept sending out companions hoping to get good schematics but nothing ever came so I dropped 400 Synth 400 Archeology 400 UT for Biochem/Bioanalysis/Diplomacy. And its 100x more useful. Maybe I will go back to synth at some point if its ever made worth while to have but Biochem still being better after the nerf to it says something.
  11. Im with you on this one. Give the mods to the respective crafting types of each armor so that it is actually worth picking up. I am 400 in synthweaving and its pretty useless after you replace a couple of pre 50 crap gear.
  12. Really, from what I have been hearing Shadow tanks have been doing pretty good. Much better then the Guardian from what I hear. Since we have so much absorb it has been healing soak a lot of damage. Anyways, I have had no real issues so far.
  13. Thats pretty much what my experience in tanking with this class. As a tank Im not thinking how many times am I whipping out my cool lightsaber, its about keeping mobs angry at me and not running around. I may go through a string of 5 force abilities to 1 saber attack or VV. So yeah I totally agree with the 50% estimate.
  14. I think the ship looks fine as it is. I want to rip C2's vocalizer out of his throat though, lol.
