lol, your lv 30 is on its own server. go back to the server list and you'll find your character. they dont go with you to other servers.

guard, mass control, are both awesome in pvp. easy way to rack up some protection points.

both. make sure you grab the daily and weekly quests from the combat area on the fleet (where you get your normal PVP quest). go to ilum when busy, get your 30 kills/130 kills done. you can either do this by assisting with killing opponents or by looting the things that spawn around and only around the central control point. you'll see them in containers in boxes laying around the central mound. looting 1 adds to your 30/130 count and they keep spawning around the area. you get 1 champ bag per daily ilum quest (the 30 kills/armaments or whatever they are called) and even more for the weekly. so when you have the weekly and daily done, just do WZs and maybe farm ilum for valor points when bored. you can get a BM bag for these ilum dailies as well, but u cant use them until valor 60, so dont choose one over a champ bag until then.

i think its a 60 sec CD because 60 secs of dmg reduc would be ridic. xercin seemed to hit everything specially with force pull. im guessing its one of those CC's that tie to the resolve bar, so if it is full, it will not work. keep an eye on your targets resolve before using.

use general chat for basic groups for questing/heroics. dont worry about completing your class quests right away, although you should focus on them once you meet the level requirements. some encounters may also be a bit difficult depending on your gear, so i would not do any class quests 1 level below the requirement. try to do them at equal level or 1-2 ahead just to make things easy.

i've seen some pretty devastating assassins in 50 pvp and world pvp. i use to hate my class, but now that i've for the most part "have it completely down," i am enjoying my assassin a lot. im great at huttball and im just overall extremely annoying to people. if i cant kill geared 50s, then i do my best to CC/protect.

although long and tedious at times, the inq assassin story line is pretty sweet and the ending is satisfying. specially if you're dark.

take your time... once you hit 50, you feel there is a lot of tedious work ahead of you. which is fine, that's part of the final process of fully gearing your character. however, if you do want to get there fast, quest and pvp. while questing, queue up for warzones and do them if you can. make sure to collect the daily PVP quest (which you can only do once a day obviously) from your main base, and that'll give you a decent boost to each level cap depending on how fast you level each day.

i would never consider this griefing. this happened all the time in WoW, and it was part of the world PVP goodness. if you're on a PVP server expect it, dont cry about it. AND IF BIOWARE IS GOING TO CATER to these babies on PVP servers, then that is complete bs. are they trying to lose subs? are some of their game masters not completely trained on the rules of pvp servers? i say keep doing it, there really isn't much they can/should be doing about you killing a guild that is trying to kill a world boss.

i dont think people care that others are just using a kb and no mouse. honestly, i think its stupid and you're not allowing yourself to play up to your full abilities (AND THATS FINE). heck, i will take the free kills if you play that way. however, people will still comment on it because its silly.

i would believe this if you were on a RP/PVE server. as someone mentioned, it is very easy to out maneuver someone doing this, regardless if you're in a cluster of enemies. so... sounds like being are doing the same, or just doing it plain wrong.
