Remember you get 8 of those gifts from your rewards track. Personally I'd never even consider farming mobs for the blueprints without using the gift. Simply not worth it.

Whenever I farm with them I get 60+. Remember there is an anti farming mechanic, so you need to make a wiper loop when doing this or mobs will stop dropping any loot.

You realize those little adds make you run around right? So kill them ASAP. rest of the fight is easy. Don't stand in circles, or cleave.

SF and DM usually have solid GSF pops even when Seasons is not going. They just get faster (or multiple matches at the same time) when there is a Galactic Season objective.

That depends on the server your on. SF, and DM it pops consistently.

That depends on how you play. If your consistently raiding you'll be fine. If you do more PvP, GSF then you'll have to either play content you don't normally do (which takes massive amounts of time away from what you do like to do), or You need to use the Brazz's Gift (which does work fine, but again is making people play differently).

We're not half way through the season. That individual is incorrect. This is only week 5 out of 20 weeks. So he is at 385/1500 a quarter of the way through the season.

Well I never used them in the past. I never needed to with the old reputation track. I got plenty of the materials from doing the weeklies alone. I left all of them sitting on the one character I looted the Reward tracks on every season. I should really just delete the old Jawa Intel. I never once looked to see if the old season ones were BoP or BoL, since I never used them. Edit: In truth I'm not sure I would have bothered going for those achievements in the past if I didn't have enough just from doing the event weeklies. This has really turned me far more towards other games since this season started. I have to go out of my way to farm these stupid blueprints, because they don't drop from my personal playstyle at all.

Don't know about you, but I'll finish 10 weeks early. I'm always done on either week 9 or 10, unless I'm doing the 100 Weekly achievement.

Use lasersl. If all your doing is spamming missiles, people go evasive using Line of Sight the second they hear a missile lock. Edit: And yes keeping a sat neutral should still be contributing.

strange I usually get around 60-90 per hour. I do believe you need to kill mobs in the open world (Ops, and FP's don't drop blueprints to my knowledge), and you need to go to spots where you will have area's to farm that won't have you hitting the anti farming mechanic. Kill mobs to quick and they'll stop dropping all loot. Remember even the light blue trash from mobs needs to be looted, not just green, dark blue, or purple.

The best things people can do to avoid Stuff like that is to simply turn off General chat. When I'm on DK I don't even look at it when I have it on, because the chat is so bad.

If all they are looking to do is Story Mode, and early HM's he's fine. At that gear level, knowing your class abilities and rotation will be far more impactful then going from 334 to 340. Not to mention they already have 340, with the exception of relics and implants. Doing research on boss fights if doing anything past Story Mode would also be wise. I'd focus on getting your 2nd implant, just because set bonuses are important.

your fine for starting Operations at that gear level. The Operations were all balanced around 320-330 item rating in 7.0. You'll be fine in 334.

I don't know if they do this for PvP, but I know GSF gets 0 Blueprints. So for my playstyle (and I refuse to pug even simple sm Ops), I get none other then from the weeklies or using those Jawa Intel. For those that gladly pug Ops all day, blueprints won't be an issue. For me this means I actually have to pay attention on what character I pick those 8 up from the rewards track, because I don't want them on some unused alt unfortunately.
