For the love of God can someone please tell me how I can craft this item? My artifice level is at 160+ and it says it only needs to be at 80 to craft this item. I have all the materials for it, but in Artifice I do not have an option to even craft this thing. Can someone please help me.

Is there a good website out there at all that will show good talent builds, and stat priority for each class? The ones I've found so far have been outdated like Noxxic and Dulfy.

I play as a Sith Inquisitor, and I really would like to know what is the best lvling DPS build for this class? Also what is the best DPS build for end game? I believe I am currently Assassin Deception. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
