1880 Alacrity, 1800 crit, and you can play with the last 2 augs. But top cap alacrity you need, what level of crit is up to you. Below is the updated Bant's best in slot setup for Sorc. Source. I'd say 70-80% of the time I out damage just about everyone in every warzone I'm in with Madness or Lightning. Ignore the DPS parsing, those are all assuming you are getting perfect up time on a dummy standing still. The only time I use the DPS parse if to see how I am doing with my rotation. Now we do have a lot of hard counters in 1v1's that make things hard, it makes it so you have to know your class better than the other counter even knows theirs. Example you can be an expert on madness but a reasonably good xyz class could stomp you. I find a good powertech is the death of us in a 1v1. You play the class you love the most, ignore the downers. -

I like it - but 6 second activation time? Would be an eternity without something like galvanizing.

I think they need to look at how sorcs deal with Melee DPS. Unless you are an olympic level track star as a sorc you don't stand a chance vs an above average melee class. If you guys had a say how would you change sorc Madness spec? Personally I would increase the up time of our root (Creeping Terror). Say either a) change from 2 seconds to 3, or b) reduce lockout time from 9 seconds to 6 seconds. Other change I would consider: Force Leech also gives us a HOT based on damage done. Example: 5k dmg done = 2.5k heal and then 2.5k over XY seconds heal over time. Thoughts? How would you change it for 6.0?
