WoW PVP without resilience wasn't that enjoyable, since there was so much burst dmg that you could die very quickly. Resilience fixed that. As long as there isn't that much burst damage in the game, it doesn't need a PvP stat. And it most definitely doesn't need a PvP stat that also increases damage and healing, because that completely eliminates the point of having a PvP stat, i.e. having something to balance out the damage increase that better gear (PvP and Pve) brings.
