Well, sometimes off the game is good for my health I guess. Too bad I was enjoying this and my guild starts raiding this week. I have all of them. I R/Eed 2 of the different headpiece to get purple and then tried to R/E more to get T2 purple. However, I realize even the purple T1 crit was not selling, and it was costing me 1 mil to learn T2 without result. I don't bother making them anymore. Everyone likes to use their orange pieces or pvp gear. Not that I can blame them, since I don't wear anything I make myself (except the bracer/belt and it was a close call to skip over my orange ones).

You forgot to count in the repair. Each repair costs me 40k and I do not wear rakata gear. Imagine a raid working on progression HMs which will involve quite a bit of wipes, all the repair, adrenals, medpacks, stims add up to a huge amount. 3 nights a week of that really costs a lot. Still can't play the game so I'm here on the forum at night time. This is the first for me since SWTOR came out. I know I can't play FPS games and many games that constantly switch camera. SWTOR is one of a few that I enjoy playing and not got nauseous, until now... Tomorrow if it is still not fixed, I'll have to waste some money buying FF13-2. I didn't have any desire to play my favorite series (admittedly I didn't like FF13) until now... Please add that button to revert to old UI so I can save that $60. Or well, keep it and I'll perhaps save more money after 4+ months of quitting this MMO.

I've just logged on and played for about 10 mins and I could not stand this. It is hurting my eyes and causing motion sickness. I have a feeling I"m going to see flashes in my sleep!! Please revert back to the old way of showing CDs. I cannot play for a long session on this. If this remains permanently, I'll have to regretfully cancel my account.

I welcome the nerf to synth and armtech next to make the bracers/belts not BoP so I can sell and make some credits or even nerf them so I'll use my orange wrist/belt happily. Don't give any crew skill any bonus is fine to me. Keep everything equal so we can go and choose what we want. I'm still not sure about critting orange gear, since that would make orange gear the best, and no one would wear the purple ones... and then I won't be able to make $$ out of the synth.

I just got http://www.torhead.com/schematic/fTj2BvY/dalarian-weaponmasters-bracers schematic yesterday. I was just wondering if you can R/E this to get redoubt/critical/overkill version and then R/E that to get even better purple. Torhead displays all the versions of it, but of course, I can't quite trust it. The sticky guide only says R/E base green and blue to get up to T2 purple and doesn't have anything to say about base purple. I think there is a chance that it follows the same path. However, has anyone really tried R/E a base purple piece all the way to T2?

I R/Eed~60 of the T1 purple and didn't get anything. I gave up. I would have been ok if I had been R/eing blue, but purple cost was too much and I couldn't even sell the crit one. Now I'm just saving mats for when the R/E rate is improved in the next patch or so.

Companion heals revive your companion sounds more like a bug. Now, you're the one who is "I am right and everyone who disagrees isn't think straight''. Biochem is too good. I recently rolled Biochem on a new toon to be my new main, and I regret not taking it on my previous main. Their medpacks heal for way more than anything I could buy off the vendor, and of course, that translates to "if you raid and don't take biochem, you're stupid". I welcome balance, because if you try applying to some of the raiding guilds, Biochem IS a REQUIREMENT to join the guilds. Most likely, there will even be more nerfs to Biochem to make their medpacks not usable in Warzones and make them use the pvp medpacks like everyone else.

OMG better reverse engineering chance!! Better save up all the mat. I literally R/Eed ~60 T1 purple trying to get to T2 purple with 0 luck. 0 schematics. Wasted > 2 mils in mat and opportunity cost.

What the OP means is: R/E blue to Purple T1. R/E Purple T1 to Purple T2. You can get Primeval recipes (blue level 50), NOT BoP for both recipe and crafted item. R/Eing level 50 is better that level 49. So he's comparing T2 level 50 purple to raid drop. What we need is screencap to see the armor changes.

Please for the love of God, NO. Look at FFXI here... Imagine something really rare you got from raiding, use ton of points to get it, then gone... I'd rather deal with RE rand() than this. I wasted a lot of mats R/E green/blue too to get what I want, and I only ever got one purple of the type I can't use. All I've ever gotten are Redoubt and Overkill. It's frustrating since there have to be Critical somewhere... but I'm not getting it (or any purple). However, since this is the case, it makes it so each crafter can have some unique schematic rather than everyone has the same one and undercuts each other. And stop R/Eing if you're not at 50 since the credits you got are not going to help with R/Eing. Leave that for level 50. I've been queuing up Crafting/gathering missions whenever I got online, and I'm not broke at all. Dailies bring in 200k per day... So overall, I'm fine with RE, except I wish when you got a schematic, it would be something you don't know, rather than "you already know this schematic".

It got kinda annoying to be honest. Maybe it's just my guild, but nobody wants to run any FP, or maybe they always finish it by the time I get home (a small guild). I'm at the point where I say F*** it on my lvl 50 and just do dailies and log off. I switched back and forth between heals and dps to find group but no luck finding group. We need a LFD (same server only) and server forum so we can check out guild recruitment so we can go level on another server. I was missing all the friends I had in that other game... I was tempted to go back to that other game since I know I could get back to my previous guild raiding, but I won't. This is why it is so hard for new MMOs to take off. People flock to where their friends are. MMOs without friends or pugs to run things with are just boring... I'm going to subscribe for another month while looking/waiting for another guild/server/LFD.

You're not the only one. I'm obsessed! I woke up in the morning and the first thing is crew skills. I spent hours and hours R/E and checked the GTN before going to bed. I want to level up more alts so I can have all the professions :/.

Hm... he is a ship droid, and he always praises me and is happy to see me. I would say his affection should be max by default!
