Thanks for taking the time to respond. I take it you are someone in the know. I am glad you let me know that I shouldn't hold my breath for what I am looking for. This being said I just canceled my subscription so it will run its course and I am gone. I understand I may not represent a majority of players desires for this game so I guess ZI will just have to try and find what I am looking for in another game. SWTOR was good up to 50 for me now it is just a chore to play. Time to find greener pastures.

Yup I want it all; The current content is a little restrictive once you get to lvl 55. It seems all I can do is wrap up old quests, Wzs flashpoints or ops. I want more. I want the level cap to increase at least another 5 levels. I want the new lvl 56-60 quests to be class specific. (The Hutt Cartel got old after doing it on each faction) I want new races (new classes would be nice too.) I want more choice in Wzs. Give us the choice of which WZ to queue. And give us a choice to queue in a group wz or a non-group wz, Cross server Wzs may be needed to facilitate this. (don't care that they said they wouldn't do it.... they should change their mind to make people like me happy. (TBH I would love if they just removed WZs and dump expertise from the game altogether. I would love if they made world pvp count by awarding comms for pvp kills (and deaths) I maybe dreaming in Technicolor here but hey, I'm allowed) Note: I put the PvP part at the end because it is only one request of many so please lets not make this singularly a pvp discussion.

I have been a subscriber now for about 8 months. I took a brief break to check on an old favorite of mine (LOTRO) But I have since come back to SWTOR. The reason being.... quality of customer service. Bioware is not perfect and I have had some issues but they have always been courteous and helpful; even in the face of my more outrageous demands (Being a PvPer it is easy to become irate over certain aspects of an online game) I am not going to waste my time slamming Turbine for their CS practices. Those of you who have dealt with them will likely have your own horror stories. But I will point out one interesting fact. Through the BBB, Turbine has almost 90 complaints against them over 36 months. Bioware has less than 10 in the same period. So I hope that fellow fanboyz out there consider this the next time we want to chastise the Bioware CSRs. I know I will. (not being derogatory I believe fanboyz is the term of endearment we use as being Star Wars fans)

20 pages of posts... wow. Guys no point in even discussing this. It happened. All I see are people who refuse to believe it happened (solo players) and people who are happy about it (group players). To those of you who don't believe, call Bioware. The number is toll free in USA and you will get through within a minute. Ask for Anthony. Discussing this is like putting blood in the water, sharks will just swarm. If you like the news, great keep playing. If you don't ike the news, well there are other games out there. Or you can do as I am and try to ensure the game fails faster by driving away the newcomers from normal queues by joining a premade and stomp the pugs. I'm actually having fun now that I am grouping but I know this is at the expense of others and I am not going to try and mask this by saying I am grouping with my friends. BTW Most of the people in these premades are real jerks who laugh at how they face roll the pugs. Yeah so if you are a pug, know they are laughing at you! and Bioware is not going to do a thing about it. You are the server ***** and people like me are not going to fight anymore to have something change that, quite frankly, is not going to change. Therefore you onlly really have two choices here, join the premades and faceroll pugs or cancel you sub. Any further discussion on this is like pissing in the wind.

Been Premading a few hours now, not with 'friends' just to pugstomp. In fact the guy who advertised to join said 'lets pugstomp'. FTR in 3 hours of pugstomping I got 2 accusations of cheating, 3 emote insults, and 1 thrreat from someone logging in an alt. I told them all BW doesn't care so bend over 'cause more is coming. Nope pugstomping aint a problem at all.

Just got out of a nice premade we stomped the crap out of the other team. One guy even sent me a tell accusing me of hacking. I told him that BW doesn't care why should I (not that I hacked but I was damn sure to pour salt on the wound... learning from gents like Plogreen on that one). Could be another person soon to quit. Add one to my mission

Fair game play is not necessarily fair over all. But it tries to even the playing field. Premades unbalance that playing field, other mmo companies (Blizzard being one of them) have the metrics on this and agree that premades are a form of cheating. As for my reasons not to join premades, I may decide to join them now to hurry the demise of this game. I didn't join before because I don't want to see people leave the game. But hey I obviously can't beat this system by lodging complaints so I will do my very best now to drive away new players. I don't need a subscription to do that either. I would do this out of utter contempt for BW and the jerks that get so much joy out of harassing other players. And when this game has made its last gasp I will sit back and smile because those few idiots now have to go find another game to try and manipulate ....even better, jerks like Anthony may be out of a job.

They will continue to flame me because they think they are winning here. They think it is another 'easy kill'. This is the mentality of these bullies. So send a loud message to BW and stop paying for other people's entertainment at your expense.

Agreed but is it irreversable? Still no use worrying about if it will be fixed. BW obviously doesn't give a crap about those of us who want a fair playing field.

He was quite direct with his answer. Why would he make that up? You can deny it all you like but this is the closest we have to an official answer on the debate. If anything maybe this will get us an official answer from a yellow post.

Its a crying shame that they don't figure we deserve an official response on our forums and when I asked Anthony why, he had no answer to this either.

I called customer support and the original idiot was too scared to give an answer. I asked to be put over to someone who can answer it and I was given to the lead CS rep there a dude with an Irish accent. His name was Anthony.

I just got off the phone with Anthony in Austin, Texas. He said and I quote, "We have no intention of removing group queues from normal war zones. People have a right to group with their friendts and play as a group." My responce was colourful to say the least and I will not be renewing my subscription based on this answer. It seems BW figures the solo community is not worth concerning themselves with so I call out to all of you who are fed up with this to also cancel your subscriptions. If you don't cancel your account and wish to continue being farmed in normal WZs, just know that you have been warned. So don't bother posting about it because they (BW) don't care and you will be wasting your time. It's best to just move on to a game that respects ALL its players and treats them equally well by providing a fair playing field for everyone. After all this is supposed to be a game and being frustrated by the continuous trouncing by the same untalented group members over and over is hardly fun. I welcome people to list games that they know have a better PvP system and leave this game to be what it was intended to be in the first place. A multiplayer solo game.
