We are not asking for you to reveal the secrets of the universe,you have said it is not a technical issue so WHAT IS THE PROBLEM.That is all we want to know.Vague maybe,we are looking into it makes you sound like politicians,dodging the problem.We are loyal players,so treat us with some respect.

That doesn't work for me.Either red banner changes to say not connected or the 'only one instance...'still pops up even though cable is out

I'm suddenly getting 'only one instance of this application.......'thing again.I had it months ago but has been fine since.I logged off last night,game was working ok,then i try to log in this morning and i get this crap again.Since my pc was off during the night it must be something on BW,s end that screwed up.FIX THE LAUNCHER PROPERLY.

I could play ok earlier but when i tried to swich servers just get 'logging into selected server' .Been like that for nearly 10 mins.
