  1. I absolutely love Hoth and Tatooine. Both iconic from the movies and my absolute favorites. Honestly, I wish there were loads more to do on the planet because I would spend many many hours completing more content and solving puzzles. As for the other planets, I felt like they were too rushed, suffered from art direction, had horrible storylines, were too linear and lacked content.
  2. Nope, I'm still getting the 1.5 global cooldown on the ability. There is no instant damage application or immediate ability being casted after Project. It's been months now; we should have gotten a simple fix by this point.
  3. I could care less about new movies. I only want to get the original trilogy on dvd.
  4. The senate building and spaceport (oh and the Jedi Temple) would like to have a word with you. Yeah the Temple may be in ruins, but that place looks more upscale than the fleet does
  5. I've never had to ask anyone what spec they were. The content is just that easy you can fly through questing and most, if not all, of the flashpoints. The only time trinity is required is for hardmodes, maybe the last few normal flashpoints and operations. If you're in a guild you don't have to ask because people just already tell you what spec they are. Also, is it really that difficult to be social with someone? It isn't very time consuming nor inconvenient to ask them what spec they are. You may end up being friends with that person if you bothered to open up a little. Wanting an icon on their person that tells you what spec they are tells me that no one is interested in being friendly or really working as a group. If you want to know what role they play in a group without having to ask directly, advertise in general that you're looking for a specific role; "LF tank/healer for Heroic X" eg. Honestly, I detest it when someone whispers me asking what spec I am before nearly demanding that I help them with something or just randomly invite me. Just try chatting people up and you'll be surprised how quickly you make tons of friends.
  6. Remove expertise. The fight should be about player skill and team coordination, not who has the most expertise.
  7. As a healer, I would be very happy if people got on-board with helping out the team. It irritates me to see no one give me support when I'm always behind them saving their butt and then get little reward come match finish and no recognition from my team.
  8. Hi, I recently came to the realization that I don't own the original 3 films on DVD and was wondering if anyone know where I could purchase them? I don't own Blu-ray and frankly am not going to spend money for it and I'm specifically looking for theatrical versions, not the terrible altered CGI ones that were released later. I'd very much like my children to be able to experience the same Star Wars as I did when I was little. Also, if it is in any way possible to get them from a store and not like on eBay or some place.
  9. Good ol' water. There's nothing like being hydrated!
  10. Paramedic. My main character is a Sage healer. I wanted to be a sort of Obi Wan character (very wise, caring and capable in combat) and I enjoy playing healer and support classes.
  11. I use guild chat and Teamspeak. Occasionally I help someone with a question or get a group, but that's about it. I hate general chat because it's abused and full of [insertbadword]s. Most people seem to troll and rip on others with questions and it turns into a giant shouting match. Honestly, find a great guild and use TS or vent and turn off your chat window. I've given up having a decent conversation with strangers years ago in games.
  12. Honestly, if you believe edited pvp videos on youtube to be the truth, you deserve to be fooled. They're for entertainment purposes, hence the terrible soundtracks, amateur editing and big numbers. If they were meant to be educational by any means, they would be properly edited, have clear commentary and show the character losing a lot of the time.
  13. You'll get it eventually. I do recommend looking for other options via torhead.com and you'll be surprised how many options there are out there. For example, I'm using Saber Marshal's robe, social gloves from Balmorra, pilot belt from space battles, Sith Acolyte (I think that's the right name) lower robe, Lord Kallig's mask/helmet, vendor boots, etc. In other words, they're all either really cheap off the AH (legs) or right from a social vendor, commendation vendor, specialty goods vendor or quest. I haven't spent more than 5k on the AH and haven't needed to grind anything to find a look I really enjoyed. Do a little bit of research and you'll find the look you want.
  14. I can honestly say that I've been killed in 4 hits by an Assassin in a WZ before. I don't have a complete set of champ gear (~6.4% expertise) and I am a healing sage. It doesn't happen all the time, but it does happen. I'm of the opinion that it takes a ridiculous amount of gear, trinkets/stims/procs and luck to pull off kills like that so I'm by no means calling for a nerf. Most of the time, one of my friends comes by and pulls one off of me or the person isn't really doing much of anything. Just because you haven't had such luck or gear doesn't mean it doesn't happen.
  15. The Madness changes I'm initially pleased with. I'll have to see how it actually plays out, but on paper I will get increased healing and my rotation and damage should be more consistent over the course of a fight. At least from the way I play Madness, Discharge and the Raze talent are necessary for me to really dish out proper damage and the increased chance to proc is a good thing. Yes, there is a longer cooldown for the Raze effect, but with no change to the ability itself, I should be able to maintain it on my target more. I'm a little saddened over the change to Charge Mastery, but I don't think it will be game-breaking. As for the 100 FP cost for charges, I don't see a problem with that as it forces you to stick to a particular build/charge and you have to be more aware of your surroundings whether it is in PvP or PvE. Induction change? Big whoop. You're forced to use Surge Charge and an additional ability now procs the buff. Energize got a little kick in the groin on this one I'm afraid. Lastly, the Wither change I'm a little unfamiliar with since I have not gotten down that tree as far.
