  1. As confirmed by a developer, Dark Radiance / Kinetic Tempest and other relics like them (procc direct damage) does not stack with Serendipitous Assault. Basically, if one of the two procc's, the other will not, so you're really using only one relic at a time, discounting the passive stats. I use Boundless Ages like i would any other ability, just bind it to a key and hit it when the cool-down is up or as the situation requires.
  2. First off, Might & Strength are the same thing. As for what is best.. there is very little difference between STR/PWR Augments. You won't need a lot of crit for Carnage PvE, so personally I went with Overkill, but you could just as easily go full Strength and gain a slightly higher crit rating.
  3. Well, apparently the power procc relic and the other direct damage procc relics don't stack (confirmed by dev). So I would guess that the BiS setup would be SA + Boundless Ages.
  4. I'm not convinced, I recently dropped it in favor of maxing out Enraged Slash (3/3) and found that I'm not getting rage starved quite as fast, thereby increasing my overall DPS. If anyone has some more reliable arguments other than my own, "it feels better" I'm ready to listen!
  5. I'm parsing about the same with around 19% Critical Hit Chance. I'm focusing more on stacking as much Power as i can get away with, and it's working out pretty well.
  6. Youtube can't shut down your stream if you are doing it on one of the major streaming platform sites. They can take down your videos, if you are using copyrighted content in them, such as music et.c. I've uploaded several SW:TOR videos to my youtube account, and never had any problems (except in a few cases where the music i used caused the video to be blocked in several countries, copyrights, derp).
  7. Guess what? Nobody's forcing you to watch them, you can simply choose not to.
  8. For Flashpoints & lower to mid tier Operations it really doesn't matter all that much what your build is. However, if you are talking about end-game operations, you want a talent build focused on putting out as much DPS as possible.
  9. I would love to be able to tell you that you can use Vette or Jaesa or some of the more interesting companions, but I can't. Having Quinn healing your face while you're mowing down groups of mobs is just too useful.
  10. With all buffs & stim, I've got almost exactly 30% critical hit chance, adding more, or less probably won't affect your overall DPS a whole lot. Also, note that I've geared for Carnage Specc, which means that I've replaced almost all accuracy enhancements in my gear for Surge (Since i get 6% from talents) so if you're playing Annihilation, BiS gear will look a little different.
  11. Here's the link to my current gear setup. It's pretty close to BiS at this point, lacking a few armorings, and might replace an accuracy enhancement for a surge one.
  12. Vindicator is still going to have the preferred set bonus, but you will still have to swap out some mods / enhancement for optimized gear.
  13. Allow people to queue for Tier 1 operations (EV/KP) in Hardmode, as opposed to just Story Mode. It's yet another way to earn BH comms, and makes it easier to find groups for this content.
  14. Right you're talking about Kephess The Undying in TFB. It is true that the jump cannot be avoided, but again, it's not a huge hit, you have plenty of time to activate your Cloak of Pain and reduce the amount of damage you take. As for the last phase, yes, there's a lot of damage incoming, but again, if you are fast you can mitigate some of it. Use your defensive Cooldowns and med-packs, etc. These operations are old news, they've been around since the game was new. The amount of information, tactics and videos you can find on each encounter in these Operations are so numerous, that there is no excuse for new players not to at least have a passing knowledge of each encounter and therefore know what mechanics they need to avoid, and what they can just eat. Also, i say it's about establishing a good raid mentality The first tier of Operations is a stepping stone to the harder content in this game, if you start at story mode level to play like you need to in the next tier, the difficulty jump will not seem as a big deal.
