  1. 1 - Don't dive into early access to be able to secure the names "Vader"! "Maul" and "Obi-wan". - Be creative 2 - Server transfers are needed because of unpopulated servers. - Get used to it 3 - No one made you buy the "ridiculously overpriced Collector's Edition". There was a simpler preorder-completely-normal-jarjar-lifesize-poster-not-included-version available. - Live with your own choices Getting a little tired of sarcasm remarks blaming BW for everything people don't agree with. Yes, they are not the brightest people in the world, but they have actually been trying to fix the most important aspects of the game. Don't like it. Don't play it. Be happy.
  2. I disagree that travelling is pointless. For me, one of the best things of swtor is the fact that the questline makes you go back to planets you have already been on. Makes the game more immersive, instead of just doing "ok, cleared balmorra. Goodbye forever." In my opinion there should even be space travel between planets like there is on STO and single player space XXXX games (X3, freelancer, and others). Then again, i'm a rper, so maybe thats why i like immersion in a game.
  3. I've been searching confirmation on whether this companion was released in the 1.3 patch but all I seem to find are older posts that say HK-51 is not real. Was this companion added in the latest patch?
  4. You know, you don't have to switch servers. If RP is really what the majority of players on LC cared about, why did they leave and left the server for dead? The majority that left the game claim it was because of the shortage of endgame content, but why do you need 50 different operations if you really only care about RP? You only need fancy gear and an imagination for RP, so save your sarcasm for those who left you alone in there.
  5. BW can't allow players from LC to transfer to Progenitor, otherwise thousands of players will demand the same opportunity to switch from PVP to PVE servers and vice-versa. So, either accept the change to ToFN, like i did, and enjoy playing on the european server with the highest population at any time of day or wait for BW to finish "cleaning house" so that they can start implementing paid transfers, where you can go wherever you want.
  6. I agree that BW should have given us the option to decide whether to transfer to a RP server or a PVP one. However, the move to ToFN seems to be, for me, the best solution to the low population problem. I logged the other night and there were 422 players in the Imperial Fleet on ToFN, against 28 on LC. Of course I'm sad that i've been forced to move to a PVP server, but that doesn't mean I won't do RP anymore. If the active RPers in LC move to ToFN we'll have a fine community to RP in that server. And i'm not going to use the "players with crap names" argument, since there were at least 3 different guilds with the word "Azeroth" in their name on the LC server.. I played WoW for 4 years on a RP-PVP server and we even had a guild devoted solely to crash other player's RP events and we still had lots of fun RPing. I need a lvl 50 char to explore the endgame content, but I can RP with a character on any level, so i'll just roll a new one on the Progenitor and move on, whilst doing Hardmodes and Operations with my lvl 50 ones. In conclusion, thanks BW for coming up with a solution that is only half bad. You are starting to improve!
